Rough Stuff
Just an FYI Mast, Anhur 2 will go through Nike 2. It only stops autos. It just won't knock her back since she's knockback immune while channeling it. The only abilities I can think of that would be stopped by it are things like Medusa's Viper Shot and Jing Wei's buffed crit arrows, stuff like that which just buff your autos. Great vid as always man glad to see ya back!

my first and last experience with conquest after 10k arena matches cuz i am an addict to it. I was a support, we were doing the camps and then the enemy had a pull or push ability i dont remember and came to attack our attack speed buff camp but instead of stealing it they pushed me INTO the buff and forced me to take it , the ADC kept complaining the whole match, kept throwing even tho the rest of the team doing great, then started refusing to take the buff and told me "you take it since you've already taken it before" and despite the ADC being a crybaby the whole match , we won and at the end he wanted everyone to report me for griefing and feeding and the enemy ADC said to him "0/23" and that shut him down.. this was a casual conquest game btw

Honestly? I'm totally on board with the new reworked Kumbha passive idea! Probably tone down the resuscitation animation and make it more lore accurate like beating a drum over his face. But other than that, making his passive more interactive with the team would be super neat in Smite 2.

Can you please do a ravana solo video? I haven’t played in a while and I want to get back into smite and ravana solo is my go to, just don’t know what to build
1) Warriors Axe -> Sundering Axe
2) Jotun ->Jotun's Vigor
3) Glad shield
4) oni/pest
5) Mystical Mail
6) Flex (I prefer a flame forge hammer)
Relics:
1) Teleport
2) Horrific Emblem or Sprint
Last two items are more of a counter build/flex area so like a stone of binding is good on him, or an erosion if going against a Nike or shield heavy comp. could also go a Midgardian mail or frost bound (or both) if they have a lot of auto attacker. Void shield is also decent for you and your hunter and typically jungler as it reduces phy prots in an aura. Unfortunately, though meta is auto attack warriors in solo and ability assassins in the jungle.
Edit: Id likely go pestilance as my magical defense only because god healing in pvp is absolutely nuts atm so if you want to kill their backline youll need it so they dont just crit heal off you while killing you.

They changed the stacking in general. You don't have to last hit minions or gods anymore, it's now stacking of damage applied to minions/gods

Yo I wish there was a way to personally leave a comment for hi rez to read because I think they should have just done what overwatch did an just upgrade smite if they can do it with overwatch then it can be done with smite an im sorry but the whole 200+ years to update skins is wack there gonna lose so many fans for real
TLDR: Spaghetti code, tech debt, decades of difference in engines, and something like...300x the revenue is the reason they are likely doing what they are doing versus other major AAA studios.
There is a relatively large difference between hi rez and blizzard though. for one hi rez makes about 25 million annually versus blizzards 7.5 billion annually. Blizzard also prolly has more game devs alone then hi rez has as an entire operational staff. Secondly, blizzard didn't make a multigenerational jump between overwatch and overwatch 2. there is an almost 20-year difference in the engines they are moving to. So yeah, it'll take extensive work to update those skins. Lastly, the chance of them outright loosing players on any real level isn't very high. Since smite and smite 2 will be both live simultaneously, for the time being, if you don't have the god or skin they want in smite 2 and it means that much to them then they can simply play smite and likely will.
You cannot simply "upgrade" a games source code. You have to remake it in the new engine. On top of that they have so much spaghetti code and tech debt in smite at this point it's likely near the point of breaking and is a small wonder it hasn't already. this is common in games that have been around for so long and are trying to implement more than the original code/engine was meant to allow.
