This Ambience Music enabled me to focus on an artistic project that I've struggled to make any progress on for a long while.
Any tasks that require a lot of focus are prime times when my intrusive thoughts about my traumas tend to easily overwhelm me.
Listening to this Ambience Music from Encanto allowed me to make MAJOR headway on my project! I'm actually almost finished with it while I've had this track on!!

I know there are probably hundreds of recommandations, but I would really love a Studio Ghibli Ambience Video, maybe with sounds of the sea (seagulls, boats...) in the background. I'm thibking Howl's Moving Castle, Totoro, Whisper of the Heart, Kiki's Delivery Service, From up on Poppy Hill... just a thought. Love the videos visuals as well as music radiate peace and I'm very thankful for that!
