Great interviews. I think Tom was told to tone down his accent in the younger interview . I’ve heard him talk on other programs and on his show a couple of years later and his accent was stronger. Fantastic singer. Wales should be proud.

I live in Las Vegas, Nevada and have a good friend who lives in Wales - I've never been there but she's very adamant about the Welsh being their own people and country. It's kind of crazy. Since I'd only ever heard Tom Jones sing, until his appearance in the comedy titled, "Mars Attacks," I always thought that he was American. I've noticed that many from the UK sing with what seems to be an American accent.

All the interviews I have uploaded took place in 1967 and it's a shame that Bernard Braden did not follow up his interviews, as intended. You say that you like anything about the sixties - I have always lived near Chelsea and can remember when Kings Road was swinging!
