- A Single Pale Rose revealed a lot about the backstory of Steven Universe, but it also revealed smaller parts of the show's lore, like how the Diamonds have weapons! I look at each of the Diamonds, their powers, and personalities to predict what their gem weapons might be! Let me know your predictions for the Diamonds' gem weapons in the comments below!

Storm Bringer777 well a scythe would fit her well especially if you look at Romance scrooges review of her a couple of years ago . a scythe fits her portrayal of a fair and unbiased judge, jury and executioner . But I feel an urn or jug( similar to Aquarius from fairy tail) would fit her nurturing and supportive side as well . lapis can manipulated water image blue diamond using her jug to produce moons and even planets comprised completely of water .

I feel as White Diamond’s weapon would be a whip. Whips are often depicted to be used by gems of high ranking, even jasper flinched when she saw amethyst use her whip at first. Holly Blue Agate, a very important gem also has a whip. Whips could have gained this status by being used by the most powerful diamond, white diamond. Not to mention bismuth’s remark to amethyst; “not every Quartz can make a whip like this”

Don't forget to take in account how Blue used to act before Pink was 'killed'. She was very strict, but in ways gentle towards Pink. She was definitely the easiest on Pink when it came to the Diamonds, but she was still a firm presence. Back before Pink permanently became Rose Quartz, Blue wasn't very emotional. Yes, she was kinder towards Pink then the others, but her personality at the time was a bit more reflective of that of Yellow.
White Diamond deals with the most pressing matters on homeworld? nah i think she's just too self conscious about her neck

Honestly, I think their weapons are more complicated than that. If we look at stevens shield, he can use it in many forms (like a bubble) , shapes and sizes... Also, it's translucent and variable, based on the situation. It's more like a power than a weapon. Bc of that I think the diamonds weapons are way more complex

Building on that, I believe the Diamonds personalities are similar to that of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

I think whites gem "weapon" is the crystal ball in her mural. I think it would have similar prroperties to the moon base orb and give white her omnipotent clairvoyance. I think as the overseer she would need access to supreme knowledge

I don't necessarily view Blue Diamond as someone who strays from conflict. I mean, look at The Answer. When Ruby and Sapphire fuse for the first time, Blue immediately retaliates saying that she'll shatter Ruby for fusing with one of her court.
Another instance is in the zoo when Sapphire is telling Blue about her bringing humans. She immediately gets very hostile and suspicious over what Sapphire says as if gauging her.
Rather than being someone who dislikes conflict, I believe Blue is simply more rational and level-headed. Heck, we see this during the Trial. Yellow immediately wants Steven executed, but Blue persists with elongating the trial to find the truth. And then, once the truth is found, she said, "I want to know what she thinks we're going to do to her because I want to do something worse."
I agree with what you’ve written, many people don’t seem to realize how aristocratic Blue is. Where Yellow commands her gems like a General, Blue rules like a Queen. In the small instances where Blue isn’t shown grieving, she definitely seems to have the capacity for cruelty. I’m curious to see how this grief may affect her as the story continues.

Gems are born with powers, but weapons are crafted and stored as noted when Peridot talks about not having any and when Bismuth forged all the weapons and tools for the Crystal gems. Blue seems to be an empath of sorts with an affinity over water, Yellow has electricity, though we dont see anything beyond that, and pink seems to have an affinity for life- what with the healing of gems and bringing organic beings back from the dead and granting them immortality. She can also float, but I'm curious as to Yellow's other capabilities for certain. Now White? Hoo nilly am I hyped to see what whacko cracko that lady can do.
And Blue has emotional powers
An empath is a person or creature with the abilities to comprehend or manipulate the emotional or mental state of other beings.
Bismuth forged Rose's sword, not ALL of the Crystal Gem's weapons...
"I outfitted the entire rebellion. Every material weapon used by the crystal gems was made right here in this forge." -Bismuth. Then she proceeds to upgrade their weapons. In fact, while I'm here, when she sees Roses sword, she says "It can cut through a gems physical form in an instant! Destroying the body, but never the gem." Since for some reason, people think her sword was able to shatter gems.
But then how can steven summon his shield? Did Rose just leave a bunch of things in her Gem, if so what was the point of Lion's pocket dimension?
Pink: *Shield* | Ability: *Intruder/ Medi-Guard*
Yellow: *Long Sword* | Ability: *Intimidate/ paralyze*
Blue: *Scythe* | Ability: *Despair/ Debuff*
White: *Sorcerer's Staff/ Warlock's Rod* | Ability: *Divinity/ Calculation*
It would be really cool if blue arived on earth ready to face pinks murderer in a battle suit with some deadly weapon and then we find out that her fighting style is even more aggresive than yellows, that would be really unexpected and awesome!
Their weapons are:
Blue: Depression
Yellow: Lightning
White: *T-POSING*
I bet you that Pink acted like she COULDN'T summon any weapons around the other Diamonds, since she had not been able to summon her weapon until perhaps some time while she was by herself... So, she kept it secret after she realized she had a shield, and then when Rose Quartz could shield, the other Diamonds didn't recognize the ability. This theory would be supported by the first episode, where Steven isn't sure how to summon his weapon.

From what weve seen pre rebellion pink was really bratty. I bet she would have told yellow and blue just to get some attention. To proof that she can do everything they can do.

The gems have no reason to be in combat, they have armies. There's no reason for them to summon their weapons except in dire circumstances or perhaps using them sadistically on their subjects(like with yellow zircon though that was in anger) perhaps Pink only summoned her shield the first time she was in combat as Rose. It's likely why it has a rose motif.
Tobias Bayer, every time he summons his shield before he figures it out, he has a strong emotion of wanting to protect something that he loves.
I always loved discussing gem weapons as they correlate so well with why the gems were created and their personality! My favorite example being pearl her weapon is made to keep gems at a distance from her owner (originally) and herself using it in a battle like a war would be devastating as a weapon used to keep distance would slow her down in close combat that's why her change to swords is such an interesting character development showing how she's adapted. For the diamonds pinks shield is a example of a defensive weapon, but the way steven uses it as a long range weapon on occasion when he throws it is an interesting choice. For yellow diamond I agree a sword makes sense but I struggle with the idea on why they would need to have weapons to begin with being so powerful why bother with using physical weapons. Pink diamond is smaller in stature and in some ways more likely to be targeted for an attack so a defensive weapon works in her favor. I also think that it should be taken into account what weapons we have seen, the majority being "European" style weapons swords shields whips axes bows and maces along with minor weapons like Ruby's short knife, garnets fists. We havent seen a gem utilize something like a sai which would combat well in close proximity and work well against swords. I dont think all gems have weapons as most utilize their own bodies like lapis, aquamarine topaz bismuth and a variety of other characters. Blue diamond may not have a weapon as most gems in her court dont use weapons and tend to be more reserved when fighting. White diamond could be prone to a bow and arrow but may also use something like a trident (similar to the kind we see pearl utilize) may come into play if white diamond can shoot lasers from the prongs as well making it an effective distance and defensive weapon. All of the weapons also seem to be medieval as nothing like guns are used which might be a stylistic choice as it may cause heavy controversy. Although a shotgun has been viewed and laser cannons. These tho are not summoned weapons but existing regardless. I'm extremely interested in the subject of why a character has a weapon. Everything about gems is about purpose and this carries over to their fighting styles as well as what powers they have.

i think that Blue Diamond should have an umbrella as her weapon because it is offensive and defensive at the same time and umbrellas are assosiated with water since theyre used to not get wet in the rain and blues court ist mostly assosiated with water so thats my theory what do you think about it ?
Viptor 613 I think that a pearl and steven fusion is more likely to have an umbrella that can be used like a lance or shield like weapon but i agree it would make sense

i think yellow would have a whip, the tiniest flick can cause massive damage with a whip and it can't really be used at all for defence, if you notice, yellow never EVER defends herself, just pins the blame on others. i definately think a whip would better suit her than a sword or a spear, but i could be wrong.
I just had a thought. If result of combined powers of Blue, Yellow and White was corruption, then maybe combination of Pink, Blue and Yellow (or all four Diamonds) can heal corruption?

I think a good weapon for White Diamond is a throwing dagger. Like you said, it's long-range, and requires skill, but is more discreet than a bow, and seem more fitting to what I feel her character will be

I believe each diamond has 2 weapons, but they're both specially crafted. So here's what I think:
White Diamond: Gem enhanced crossbow and gem enhanced whip. The crossbow could have 3 states, one for weak gems, one for important gems and one for diamonds. Depending on which mode it's in the strength and ammo varies. For weak gems it's simple destabilising arrows. For important gems it's lasers and for diamonds it's laser amplified arrows. As for the whip, it forces those who get hit by it to submit their knowledge to white diamond. It can also extend in range as far as it needs to, and grant the person hit by it temporary unknown knowledge.
Yellow Diamond: Amplified gem destabiliser, gem amplified long range tazer. She has electric based weapons, to enhance her electricity powers. The gem destabiliser can poof any gems, including poofing all the members of a fusion and even a diamond. It also stuns the target, depending on how yellow diamond is feeling controls how painful the electricity is. For the tazer, it's more of a electric amplifier. It wraps around her hand, and strengthens her electricity to the point where it stuns more and is stronger.
Blue Diamond: A scythe and harp, which extends her emotional powers. The scythe will be more of a plan B, it could poof gems, but if blue is angry or sad it may come close to shattering. It can manipulate water and blue's emotions, incase they get out of hand. For the harp, it can play any type of music depending on what emotion blue has it will extend that emotion to those who hear it.

I think since White Diamond is often portrayed as both watchful and powerful, and if she uses a long range weapon, then it it could be a javelin or Macedonian sarissa(a 20 ft. long spear invented by ancient Macedonian greek king, Alexander The Great). That would be pretty awesome guys! :)

I was thinking that Yellow’s weapon could be a hammer, refrencing Thor here. Blue on the other hand would be the shovel-sword, both offensive and defensive.
I can picture Blue Diamond having a fighting fan but with a beautiful design, or maybe even an umbrella that could be used as offensive or defensive.

It probably depends on the cut of Rose Quartz, because Ruby and Eyeball have been shown to wield different weapons (a gauntlet and a knife, respectively) despite being the same type of gem and I don't see why other types of gems would be any different.
Is it far off to assume Yellow’s got a glock? Like... quick powerful offensive weapon that requires little/no hesitation to use?
I mean obviously not in a cartoon that kids would see, but it just fit surprisingly well.

It’s 2018 blue diamonds weapon is the ability the make other gems cry and make them feel what they’re feeling.also makes fused gems on fuse
Pink Diamond has a puny size which makes her more susceptible from harm. In her natural state, she requires a weapon (shield) to defend herself and she has the ability to heal which all diamonds posses a unique ability. Unlike the other diamonds such as Yellow, Blue, and White, they do not require or need a weapon for their great sizes. From the episode 'The Trial' Yellow can poof a gem by just pressing a finger against the gem's mass. The diamonds have unique abilities such as Yellow having electricity which can destabilize a gem, and Blue having emotional or psychological state control. The diamonds cannot be easily poofed or shattered by an average gem for having a great size (except Pink). If the diamonds had a weapon, that would be their army.

Weapons don’t have to be actual weapons look at jasper her weapon is a helmet because she goes in heads first so every gem probably has a weapon but it suits their personality or enhances their abilities
Yellow - probably a spear like you said but she’s probably able to do different techniques to firing them like being a weapons master
Blue - well something glove based because weapons can just improve their abilities not just be weapons and I say gloves because unlike yellow and pink her hands are kinda bare empty could be foreshadowing
White - I kinda agree with you but white could be all the weapon power of all the diamonds yellow arrow blue string pink bow so she’s basically all the diamonds because she’s white diamond

And there’s lapis to which has water wings so it really doesn’t have to be a weapon those just say what the person acts like
because ruby solves everything with violence and eyeball is a dagger of her gem cut so that probably says she acts like a common ruby and our is the opposite which is rebellious

Helpful Playlists Yeah and sometimes there's gems who are weaponless if we're talking about Lapis but instead has abilities (Hydrokinesis) which, if not used for terraforming,can be used as kind of a weapon as well but it's not technically a gem weapon.
lapissed in my theory there’s 3 types of weapon weapon which is a standard weapon then there’s wands which improve on the abilities then there’s elemental where they manifest the element they absorb overtime

This is unrelated to this video but i am gonna say it anyways haha, i have heard so many things about how pink diamond became rose to get out of the responsibility of being a Diamond and that she was a spoiled brat and stuff, which isnt probably wrong, i mean we saw her in jungle moon acting like a little child. However, i believe when she arrived on earth and began to notice her surroundings more (like the story garnet told in your mother and mine about rose, she had to have heard that from someone, and i bet pink diamond was describing herself, just as her alter ego) and she did begin to care about the planet, like peridot did. She didnt want to see it go to waste. "Earth can set you free." She noticed that the other Diamonds didnt have the same mentality and pink didnt like homeworlds rules anymore. I believe earth changed her, and yes, by becoming rose quartz, she hurt a lot of gems and people, and created a lot of problems. I am not saying she was a good person, she made a lot of bad choices, but i do believe she cared about her friends and humans and the earth and wanted to keep them safe, not just shirk her duties...and she did love steven, she wanted to have him, you can plainly see it...i just think too many people are being affected by the light this revelation casts on rose and they are only seeing her for her poor judgement, which she did have, but no one is seeing that she did care, and she didn't want to be a diamond because she didnt like how things were run, though there was definitely a better way about doing something about it (thats why i am hoping steven will step up to the plate and make a bigger difference). Thats why she became Rose, not to just be more relatable to the others... rant over haha
I think White would use a sword, the most common weapon for the Head of Homeworld feels suitable.
Blue would probably have a bow, she can strike multiple victims without brute force.
Lastly, I think Yellow's would be either a spear or a lightning whip like Holly Blue Agate.

Good video, but it think people are a bit confused about gem weapons. Gems aren't born with a weapon. A gem weapon is made independently and then stored in the gem. Bismuth probably made most of the crystal gem's weapons. Anything summoned by homeworld gems were probably made for them as tools to work/fight with. The diamonds aren't expected to do manual labour or fight in battles, so I don't see why they would have weapons. I think pink only got her shield once she decided to start a rebellion. Which would explain why it has roses engraved into it. I'm not saying the other diamonds deffo don't have weapons. I'm saying: just cus pink diamond had one, that is not proof for the other diamonds having weapons.
Rom - no...no. A Gem *is* born with a weapon. Like Pearl. When Bismuth said "Whoa! Lasers?! When did that happen?!" According to your logic, only Bismuth could have made the spear, since Pearl didn't have it until after the war, prefering to use swords as her weapon. So if Bismuth did make it then she would have known about the lasers. Bismuth outfitted the Gems with physical weapons-presumably to Gems who hadn't yet mastered the summoning of their own weapon. It's been confirmed that a Gem's weapon is not physical but, like a Gem's form itself, made of light.
Na pearl is a good builder, she probably added the lasers herself. I definitely did not say only bismuth could make weapons. Anyone could make a weapon. Homeworld made weapons. Maybe rose/pink made her own shield. We don't know. I just said bismuth was their main supplier during the rebellion. Cuz she was so good at making them.
I don’t believe this at all. I think they make their own weapons with their light energy. Pearls aren’t fighter gems so Pearl had to make her own manually with her light and store them in her gem. Amethyst is a fighter gem and she can just regenerate them at will without having to store any. What she does “store” are the blueprints to the enhancements Bismuth gave her because we can see that the thing disintegrates so it can’t be a material weapon that Bismuth gave her to store. I think it depends on what type of gem you are.
Rom what about fusion weapons though?
Combining a spear and a whip doesn't make a very good bow, and by your definition that they must be material weapons that were found/made, they wouldn't be able to be molded like the gems do.
And Bismuth's comment "I foraged every _material_ weapon used by the crystal gems right here in this shop" Material, as in made of matter and not of light like the gems bodies.
And on Amethyst's whip: "wow, not every quartz can make a whip like this".
It's clear that the gems weapons are made of light, and not just stored weapons, because whenever one of them is dealt a heavy blow while fighting with their weapon, it dissipates in a flash of light, as the gems do when they are poofed. Compare that to when Pearl was poofed while teaching Steven to sword fight, her sword, which was a material weapon, dropped to the ground and laid there.
Too often do the throw them away as an attack, like Garnet's rocket fist, and then pull another our to continue fighting.

Another example is Pearl throwing her spear at Peridot while she runs up a wall. The spear hits an injector drill and then disintegrates.
Also the process of Pearl summoning her weapon and pulling something out of her gem are different. But if the spear is stored it should be the same animation.
Yellow: Cavalry sabre?
Blue: Maybe a musical instrument, linking to her powers?
Maybe the diamonds weapons are gloves. Or Capes. And actually Blues power is actually useful..... When Blue is being attacked she could affect the enemies emotion to cry, feel guilt, uh and being really scared? I don't know i'm *STILL* theorising.

Yellow: Gem Destabilizer wand-This is basically her power but weaponize so it is a perfect fit
Blue: Scythe-You remember those early arts of Blue diamond using a scythe, yeah, those ideas were amazing
White: A Staff that would turn into anything like an axe, a whip, a wand-Definitely fit her
I personally think that Blue Diamonds gem weapon is an umbrella but if it’s not I would say staff in that case

Yellow diamond: spear or katana or axe
White diamond: sword and all the weapons
YD - A greatsword that sparks up with lightning (appearance quite similar to a lightning rod or the gem weapons we see in prison break, just larger)
BD - a scythe, both to be used for attack purposes and defensively, she looks like the grim reaper with the hood so I sort of see her welding a scythe that can drain the life force of gems, cracking their gems (that PD heals)

BD- Bow and Arrow (passive but can be aggressive) Element: Water/Ice (Lapis and Sapphire?)
WD- Rapier (elegant and used by powerful nobles and royals) Element: Light and Wind (air) aka can control other gems do to them being made of light and air (yadee yada)

Do you remember the cloud arena? There were statues of gems that strongly resembled the Diamonds in the four corners. The most noticeable one was almost certainly Yellow Diamond, and it was sculpted with a sword, just like you said. There was another statue that was partially eroded, making it impossible to tell the bearer, but that one was equipped with a mace. As strange as it sounds, I think the mace is Blue Diamond's weapon. Alternatively, I think it would be REALLY fun if Blue Diamond's weapon turned out to be a net, or better yet, a net and a trident.
That leaves White Diamond, who is the only one I have no clear idea on what her weapon would be. But I did love your suggestion that it could be a longbow (I don't so much about a crossbow...aesthetically. Alternatively, I think her weapon might also be a battleaxe, a spear, or a warhammer as a visual metaphor of her raw strength and power.
Yellow: sword/dager aggression

I really like your theory. I feel like each Diamond falls into an RPG character class. Pink being a fighter with her shield that can take hits and dish them out, Yellow being a warrior with sword in hand and Blue being a bard with maybe an instrument that boost her emotional control which could fit her since she's been known to sing (Excluding musicals xD). White is tricky like you said but maybe she could be the monk/cleric staying in the back of the party welding a staff instead of Blue, showing authority and supporting the others and causing aliments to gems like corruption.
We also have to realize that Blue Diamond was the closest to Pink, and s been mourning her for thousands of years, and that’s all we’ve ever seen. She might’ve acted differently before Pink was “shattered”, so her weapon is really up in the air
My idea: Blue has a magic harp like instrument. Yellow has a bo staff like weapon. White diamond can decide to speak or snap her fingers in order to destroy something, akin to marvel’s Blackbolt, but with a choice.

As one who like studying weapons I think YD’s weapon, based on your description of her and my knowledge of the show, I think a better weapon would be an axe or halberd because a sword in my opinion is a balance of offensive and defensive types because of how it can be used. An axe or a halberd is more brute force and focuses on hard hits to armor unlike swords.
BD on the other hand in my opinion could have armour, it would suit her focus on not being in active combat given you don’t have to actively defend and it suits her lack of focus on combat and violence .
The weapon you gave WD could be suiting but I think a weapon similar to a gun could be better since we already have a gem that uses a bow and arrow and a crossbow , though more powerful, would not seem as graceful or give of the vibe of a diamond.

Staff seems like a good option as I believe Blues courts general role in other colonies is in preparing and maintaining them, and many of her court seem to be in the “upper crust”. They are the ones the many beautiful buildings over the colonies were built for. Even gems like Lapis who have a more manual labour role in forming the planets seem to enjoy a high class status. Blue and her court appear to visit colonies other than their own. There seems to be some forms of art and music which yellow diamonds court seems less familiar with, being much more functional. When Ruby and sapphire fused she ordered for their shattering rather than doing it herself.
Her weapon could be something less like a weapon and more like a harp which extends her influence over emotions and would be used in mental corruption
Yellow: Darth Maul-style double-bladed sword/lance weapon, possibly with a spinning center handle for a glaive effect
Blue: A battle Harp, one that produces sound waves capable of damaging the physical forms of other gems, and possibly increasing the harmonization of friendly fusions
White: A bladed star weapon that she can control remotely, like Yondu from Guardians of the Galaxy, or more accurately King from the Seven Deadly Sins, White doesn't seem at all like the kind of Gem to fight actively, so controlling something that could kill with minimal to no movement from herself would be perfect
Maybe Blue Diamond is a Bard and its a harp? A Bard's power comes from manipulating emotions of either party members or the enemy. Also with her being water based it be a cool Sailor Mercury reference XD
I can see Blue Diamond's gem weapon being a helmet kinda like Cerebro from X-Men but instead of just helping her locate individuals, it would allow her to break into a gem's, or maybe even a human's mind, twisting their thoughts, taking over their conscience, influencing their emotions. She could possibly drive her enemies to insanity. Since she can affect emotions, and thus, the mind, the helmet would help enhance her powers.
She'd be able to take an offensive stance, but mostly she'd use her power from a distance, and maybe only when she deemed it absolutely necessary, seeing as she didn't want to interact directly with Rose( she might not have deemed it necessary to use it against Rose when Rose appeared in front of her, because according to what she(Blue) was told by Sapphire, the rebellion would have ended the way it was seen in her(Sapphire's) vision.
One thing I think could be possible is the diamonds having access to every gem weapon and their fusions. This is backed up by knowing that the diamonds would have noticed if rose were to summon pink’s sheild- so I don’t think the sheild was exclusively pinks. I think shields are the weapon of a rose quartz- and pink just manifested them as part of her facade.

I could see Blue just being magic based like a mage, Maybe an orb? An orb that can summon any magic like she can water-bend.
One of her powers that is already seen in the show, The blue aura.
The aura can make gems cry and weaken them, So she could be a magic based.
I assume the diamonds have things like Mage, assassin, Healer, and archer.
Pink is the healer, Blue is the mage, Yellow is the Assassin, and White is the archer.
I assume they have those kind of levels, Mages are usually quiet and express more feelings and have lesser armor on, Just like blue.
Assassin's, Usually have armor and are fast like we seen in the newest episode.
Healers are usually empathic, And caring so that they heal others who are wounded or there gem is cracked.
Archers are from a far distance and are also usually quiet(not all of them) So possibly they can have these roles as diamonds.
That's what I assume.

Something I've never understood is why some people thought the Diamonds couldn't summon weapons.
Seeing as how destructive Yellow diamond is, I see her using a giant sword like a berserker from Final fantasy or something. White Diamond would probably have a crystal ball due to her being able to watch from afar, plus her mural looks like she is using a crystal ball and Blue diamond could maybe use a scythe due to death or a harp due to being able to create emotional songs that can effect everyone.

Yellow diamond-would use a sword, maybe something close the a large sword, an with her strength it would move fast with each swing. Or as we seen with others, using two swords.
Blue diamond- I agree with others that see would use a scythe, it can be defensive and offensive at some points. And strike brutally blow much like how she affects emotions.

white diamond- I like where you were going at as she’s the shot caller, and shorting long range attacks, but I feel like she would use a scepter, one that possibly fires off magic light more effective then the cannons. Like a sniper. And boost her powers of mind control

In D&D/RPG terms, Blue would be a controller, that is, a combatant whose job it is to either buff her side, debuff the opponents, or otherwise control the battlefield. Controllers aren't the damage dealers or tanks, they make sure that those roles can perform them more effectively. That's where her empathy powers tie into her battle capabilities. Honestly, I don't think she has a set weapon, her mind is her weapon.

Their weapons are probably based on different uses of diamonds irl, like pink diamond's shield is a representation of just how it can resist any damage
Yellow's abilities seem to represent the light refracting abilities of a diamond, and that I'm guessing the reason why it poofs gems is because the other gems can't handle her powers, meaning she probably can't poof any diamonds with her ability.
Blue relates to what diamonds mean to people, hence why she represents feelings and can affect others' feelings.
White probably is the strength of the diamond, since she seems to be the most essential pillar of home world. I also think she will have a weapon that will allow her to destroy pink diamond's shield, and can shatter anyone, even the other diamonds.

I think WD's weapon would be really sophisticated and elegant or she might have no weapon at all but the ability to amplify her powers instead of summoning a weapon. Otherwise her weapon may be a hologram that she can change into anything and so wouldn't have to use her hands, blasts from her gem (but that could easily be her normal powers), shiruken(?), a trident, a spear, mind controlling powers, hypnotic powers, freeze blasts which freeze the person or object in place, etc. :)

Some people have brought up Dark Souls here, I'll use it for my thought. The effect around WDs hand appears to be light. In DS3 there are a few "Sacred Light" type miracles and weapon arts, and one of them shows the ability to jab forward and create a short lived and instantaneously arriving jet of light. It's one of my favorite magic attacks in that game actually. MORE TO THE POINT Light travels in a straight line at the speed of causality, the one truly unpredictable and unavoidable thing in the universe. By the time you see an attack from her coming, it has already happened. Just my thought on less so her weapon and more so her power. Who knows, maybe all the Crystal Gems are already corrupted, they just aren't showing symptoms yet. Theories are fun. I'm kinda stoned.

My guesses. Yellow has a sword, blue has a whip or staff and white has a trident. I could see her trident having that same ability as her hand did when using corruption.
I still think that diamonds can summon what ever weapon they want, and that they're pretty efficient at using ANY weapon. And maybe there are weapons that the Diamonds would consider their main/or weapon of choice. Imagine each of the Diamonds having one weapon that their loyalist would consider iconic to each of them, maybe for a symbolic choice. Yellow w/ a great sword, Blue w/ a trident, and White w/ a [Insert Possible Weapon Choice Here]. Pink decided that Rose would have a shield to represent the PROTECCTION she and the rest of The Crystal Gems would give Earth and its organic life.
