I am genuinely surprised how well that thing picked up speed. They should have put something on the dash for that brake controller. My Ford will tell me how much gain the brakes have and even my aftermarket controller in my chevy shows me some numbers when I apply the brake. That controller does look slick though compared to aftermarket.

I like how you said you use your 4x4 shifter cause you're a man but you take your tractor in for service instead of doing it your self.... 🤣🤣🤣🤣

    • @MudPuppyOffroad

Let me guess you're one of those geniuses who still changes the oil in their driveway because it makes them feel cool even though it's cheaper to take it in and you don't have to mess with disposing of oil... Lol I leave that kind of BS for the lube techs

any chance you can compare how this tows compared to a Grand Cherokee? Many say the Gladiator's front solid axle makes this car sway and requires more steering input, but on the other hand the Gladiator has a longer wheel base.

  • @ronnydickey

Funny, you had it set to 5,000lbs but yet you are towing close to 8,000lbs but you call the controller junk......I think you aren't the driver you say you are when you don't even have any common sense to know how to set the trailer brake..... get the right setting on the knob before you criticize the product genius

We live in a flat state most trucks can tow more than whats recommended. Its mountains I would only be worried about. I tow a sxs and all my hunting gear 2 times a year from fl to WV my truck dosent feel it till I get to NC where the hills begin. I've seen people do way more weight with less truck here in FL lol 👍

It’s pretty easy to install, I’ve never pulled dash panels out before and if you buy the tool to do it which is cheap, they pop right out and it is super easy to install if you take your time and think ahead. The instructions do suck though.
