It's great they have all these safety vests for the riders. I'd like to see more safety precautions taken for the horses

I agree. He didnt even use any leg. I see a whip as a correction like, if I squeeze and I get no response and then I kick and still no response ill use the whip to say "hey! I asked you to go now go".
Equine abuse at it's worst.
And people complain about horse racing. 🙄
What do you mean? Horse racing has faults and so does eventing. At this level of eventing we do have some cruel methods used and horses and bad riders but in horse racing so many horses are sold as soon as their youth is gone and they’ve earned as much as they can.
