    I'm an extremely overthinker, as soon as you said "think of a moment.." my mind went to 26 differents directions I couldn't control it anymore 💀

      It’s actually normal, just try and hold one moment in awareness even if it’s with many others. As long as you’re acknowledging it it’s enouh

    I'm so honored to have been guided by my beautiful sweet soothing voice/energy sister. you are such a blessing to this world and we need more episodes of this guided meditation. Me as an over analytical being this helps me stop the thinking and focus on being present with my daily blessings and the blessing i am to the world as well. i am grateful to have merged path with Christine, it has been such a blessing to have shared uplifting experiences.     Thank you so much. At the beginning of the practice I was already crying, noticing the weight on my shoulders and the headache. I had forgotten how important meditation is to me.

    This guided meditation was exactly what I needed as an overthinker. Christine Alfred's soothing voice and gentle guidance really helped me bring calmness and clarity to my mind.     for someone with severe anxiety this brought me back into connection with my spiritual body, I felt her literally here with me as I did this meditation supporting me through every thought process. i am in love with SELF.

    Loved this. I usually do at least 20 minutes. But today's session proved that longer does not necessarily mean more affective...
    So good 💞

    disappointing, didn't feel this, music was too loud too and she was like just talking didnt feel the soothe in it, and the see u next time part felt ??? - not for me, glad it worked for other.

    Somehow this meditation was really bad. I didn't like the style at all. One of the worst meditation videos / Style I have ever tried
