Love your body I'm all for it ! I think body positivity is awesome just don't use it as a excuse thats all I'm saying , like me for example I'm fat I love myself but I know if I was healthier I would be more comfortable and love myself even more, self love is important but so is self responsibility
It all starts when you quit eating sugar, which is impossible b/c sugar is in everything now. You have to make a conscious effort to quit or highly regulate ALL sugars and sweetener substitutes for a week. Or, start by just trying to NOT drink sugar/empty calories. So, no soda, no sweet coffee, no sweet tea, no energy drinks- just water, some variant of 'milk' and unsweet tea and coffee. You will be absolutely amazed in your body and how much better you feel after just 1 week. You will find that you do, in fact, possess that energy needed to exercise, it was just hiding under all the sugar. I quit sugar almost 2 years ago as a last resort due to inflammation issues and it ended up changing my entire life. I'm down 40 pounds and weight loss wasn't even my goal. Good luck, man. I know it sounds impossible, but it's not. You have to want it.

Yeah.. most people that proudly proclaim that they're fat don't realize that they're actually obese, most of them are morbidly obese and because of that they will die at a young age.. unfortunately there is a large (pun intended) community out there that try to make this lifestyle look normal and cool.. you're going to die young from this.. and people should understand that

Amen. My mother was a big woman. She died at 70. But her last eight yrs of life was not very good. She had congestive heart failure and struggled. I loved her so much. She was a good woman, hard working, and loved me and my sister and my father very much.

Just over 6weeks ago I enjoyed my first Walmart experience as a first time UK visitor to the wonderful US of A. I loaded up on toys for our kids, I kind of knew wouldn't fit in the cases to bring home, and went down a aisle with one of the fattest women I have ever seen blocking the aisle, using a trolley and her scooter to support herself. I am a east Londoner and still rough around the edges and found myself saying " foooking hell " out loud without thinking. Even to this day I cannot work out the logistics of her life without that scooter & trolley. It haunts me. But she heard and went bloody ballistic. OMG the names she called me would and the consistency must have been like a work out for her. I wanted to apologise but I knew if I opened my mouth I would start laughing. My wife's brother came to my rescue and dragged me away. He was laughing his ass off and finding it as amusing as me. " Welcome to Walmart " brother ! That saying will stay with me a long time.
