I saw Johnny Mark with The Smiths in 1984 and several times on his own over the years, and I saw James in 1992 and 1996 - next month I see them both together in Chicago and I can’t wait!

Always remember years ago in HMV Hull this was playing and I was singing along while queueing at the till got to the front and sang the line, "she only comes when she's on top" to the lady behind the counter. It was a mutually funny thing thanks to James. 😂😂😂 A sexually inferred line I can relate to. 😉

Saw the Johnny Marr And James tour last night in Montreal. Was a good time.

He looks after himself. Does a lot of running apparently. The hard drinking, hard living rock star is a bit of a cliché and myth.
