This looks pretty good. Video quality is excellent relative to some of your videos. I think a factor you might have missed in analyzing the park is proximity to other attractions -- even something like a 7/11 or a gas station within easy walking or cycling distance is a nice thing to have when you're out of water on a triple digit Texas summer day. If you have to drive 10 minutes just to get anywhere from this skate park, then that's probably going to dissuade people especially if fuel prices rise in the future.
Just my thoughts. Otherwise, I really dug this video format and I hope you do more of these in the future.

Wrong. It is pronounced Mane-er. Or it least it has been for the last 40 years I have lived here.
