Awesome report regarding progress on getting ATO back up and running beginning on the RD. I can't begin to tell you all how I can't wait for it to return to the entire system let alone start on the SV as well as increasing max allowed/authorized speeds up to 75MPH where track geometry permits. The system will then finally be awesome again. I'll be stopping by for my birthday trip in December between Christmas and New Years staying at Farragut North Station. I'll be excited to ride the RD in full ATO. Last year ADO was awesome when it worked, operator learning curve I think when it didn't work right. I've been waiting for its return since I made regular annual trips to the region since 2011. Too bad Dr. Loh wasn't present to hear that report. I only hope the WMSC doesn't sabotage it with unnecessary delays.
