I have a severe depression but when I make music or program AI (in my mind) I temporarily overriding idleness which lead to deep depression at the first place.. At harvard's psych 1504 positive psychology the most important thing I learned that successful people are the ones that snap out of negativity INSTANTLY, they know how to feel good too sometimes... Feeling good can be a skill, not only hereditary trait.. =))

@@IAmJasonii its going good jason thanks for asking. It took months to get better. I was beating myself up for so long and using drugs and alcohol. Im almost 2 months sober now and with prayer things are getting alot better mentally and physically. Im getting stronger and with the lord and guardian angels i will overcome and be who i wass meant to be to allow god to use me to inspire others.

I was negative.....depressed......moaning. felt nothing was going right in my life. Then i watched the secret and my life changed. Trust me people if you hang around with negative people u start to agree with them and blame everyone but yourself. I always delete negativity out my life now no matter how much i liked them or even loved.....bcs i will never grow been around them.

Joel is a fraud because he's using the wrong title. He's a motivational speaker, not a pastor. He's collecting tithes and offering as a pastor, yet he could barely quote a verse in the bible.

Anything is possible! I was a drug addict and alcoholic for many years, did not care about anyone but myself and feeling good, running away constantly.. feeling miserable. And then I received a message and began to meditate and to go within to what I was feeling, make peace, and focus on what I want to attract into my life. I am grateful I got locked up for 6 months so that I could see I did not need any of the external substances to find true joy in life, reveal the magic of this wonder.. Some days are hard, but they make us harder, and we grow, becoming better and better than ever before. The Universe is always on our side.. Anything is possible!

I needed this video, sometimes we know what to do, we just need someone who knows how to explain it so you can hear it .
If you are struggling or unable to fill your mind/retain positive thoughts and get rid of the negative ones, you may be experiencing depression I know from experience that this disease destroys a person's ability to have and believe positive thoughts and if not treated, gets worse over time. I believe 100% that it can't be wished away or prayed away...you have to medically treat it. God has already provided us with the solution to many of the problems we pray about. I prayed to be relieved of my depression for a long time and nothing happened except it getting much worse. Than one day I realized that God gifted humans with such amazing minds that the cause of my disease was discovered long ago and treatment for it was created.

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my RUclips channel 2 months ago about self development. Now I have 184 subs and almost 82 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I couldn’t have learned without getting started in the 1st place.
I am working every minute to get my power back. Today I challenged myself to think positive. Most of what I caught has been negative. Im replacing it with something positive. I will make it!
The way that I grew up and the things that I like do not promote positive thoughts. I'm in a place where I know I have to let these things go I dont know what is going to replace them but I'm working on it.
I don't want to feel this emptiness inside me anymore. I want to be happy again.

I used to think if I worry enough about my Mom passing away, I would be prepared once it happened. She passed last year and I still wasn't prepared. I worried about this for about 30 years and it didn't make the pain any less. Nothing could prepare me for that level of pain and loss.
imo, what makes positive thinking so hard is that negative inner dialogue constantly telling u to fear, to dwell & to avoid failure. keeps us alive, but also sometimes keeps us from living.

Being positive person is not easy. You need to have faith in yourself to be committed. Faith without action is dead. You must do it in action. First build the mindset of being positive thinker no matter what, next your action. Waking up with a grateful words makes you positive. And talking with kind words with yourself is a good sign that you have the mental positive attitude. Keep choosing to be grateful than complaining in small things that you cant control.
