Aurora IS music, she becomes the song. Possibly the most talented performer of this millennium. I feel so honoured to live at the same time as Aurora.

A beautiful song. It was originally written for an animated film called The Snowman around 1982/83. Originally sung by Peter Aulty. This version is beautiful but Aurora put her own spin on it. That was amazing as well. Nightwish also do a version of this back in the 90s

In Norway too, at least when I was a wee lad in the 80s. Lovely animated piece with a terrific song.

The harp and the violins in that song with the magic of Aurora’s voice and body motions is purely magical! That’s why I always call her the magical fairy princess!!

Just saw her last night in New York City. I’ve decided that one of the reasons I just love to watch her is how she sings with her full body and not just her voice. She is one of the most physical singers I have seen since Mick Jagger.

Honestly in all of my life no artist has moved and touched my emotions like Aurora, yes of course there are other good singers but for me this girl is special for me she captures the very essence of what the art of music should be,I don’t think I’ve ever heard a bad song, even covers that she sings she makes them her own as for her own songs every time she delivers lyrics that make you think deeply about life and the world we live in.yes we are truly blessed to have her music in our lives and bless her mother for saying to her that her music could be a medicine for the world for she was right, what a wise mother she is.Aurora you are truly a Genius.❤️

Aurora with her dreamy ocean eyes marble skin and kissy mouth one of the most beautiful ladies in pop music today!

Wonderfully moody, “Aurora-rized” version. As others have said, it’s a Christmas classic in the UK, both the song and the animated film. This plot paragraph is kinda amusing:
“The Snowman takes the boy on a flying adventure which, in the TV adaptation includes meeting Father Christmas, going for a ride on a motorbike and flying into the aurora borealis of Norway…”
A few ‘updates’… the new Kalandra song is only around 2 minutes long (written for a game). Still lovely, but perhaps not long enough for a reaction, unless you add Helvegen or something else you haven’t heard to it.
Two new Aurora songs this week: “Midas Touch” (for the show Hanna based on the terrific Saoirse Ronan/Eric Bana/Cate Blanchett flick), and “Paramour” (Sub Urban feat. Aurora). A few more for the ol’ list. :)

You guys GOTTA do more songs from this concert. Under Stars is great. As is Winter Bird. The opening, a cover of Nature Boy, is haunting and such a way to start the show. And Little Boy in the Grass immediately follows it in the lineup and again....is gorgeous.
That entire concert is legendary....but those particular songs, along with this one and Lucky(which you already did) are the highlights for sure.

The exquisite arrangement of this classic from the film "The Snowman", makes this probably Aurora's best cover performance. If this song hadn't already been written, I am sure that Aurora would have come up with something similar, as this is just the perfect style for her. Fun fact, the book that the movie was based on is a children's book but it is illustrations only, no words, so it is not possible to "read" it as a bed time story.

Hello Mike & Ginger. Stunning beautiful as always. The combination of arrangement her beautiful voice and her great storytellling abilities gives us a realtime journey. I really hope that you could do this Aurora - Through the eyes of a child -Tivoli Vredenburg Utrecht 19/10/2016 i have nagging about it several times now for you. But i still hope. For me the most emotional performance. Not the best filmed but it is worth it.

You should watch "The snowman" to which this is the soundtrack. An animated movie about a boy and the snowman that becomes his friend. Quite dreamlike and without any words, the images conveying everything.

A beautiful song and cover😊 Aurora has covered a couple og song of Leonard Cohen. I think you would like her vertion of «Famous blue raincoat» from a tribute-connsert in Oslo, Norway in 2017. She is not playing with her own band, but the background music is really good, especially the violin! ruclips.net/video/Oaf0gzQSiOM/видео.html

Ginger, Aurora is also learning to play the harp. This cover is a favorite among her covers, but then they are all pretty great...
May I suggest a new nighting gale voice for you? Norwegian of course, Astrid S, not really new, but maybe new to you. She also has a great catalogue and writes her own songs. A nice start could be this live acoustic 'I Don't Know Why' ruclips.net/video/QhyHBMlZBn8/видео.html

    just lovely.
can we have another anna von hausswolff reaction? i think she is so incredible that one reaction cannot cover her work. when you for example listen to "they hoped for a name" you realize, how big she is.
did you know that she has her own record label? pomperipossa records.
i wish aurora would do more clasical music, it fits better to her abilities than the popsongs she published lately.
