Thank you very much for creating this video. Really helped me decide if I should go with these ones specially 180. I have Nike Metcon8 for my lifting however it's really stiff at the heels to perform any kind of cardio. I'm thinking of investing in a good pair for casual cardio at the gym. I'm not a long distance runner. I do have wider toe, do you think the 180s would do the job if I take a size bigger??
@@Striker50_ Thanks for replying, I'm just about confused, because I recently just purchased that pair, However I can't get it to shine/reflect, I've tried flashing my phone light on it and tried putting them in a dark area and nothing, I'm so confused on why it's not shining like yours
Under my personal experience, size up half for sure. You have a slightly raised heel and your feet will expand when running or constant walking If you order online, you can always return for free too (at least here in the US)
If you're weightlifting you want a flatter shoe like a trainer (Mexico 66 is a good option and still VERY comfortable and light) But these will work. I used to work out with running shoes but once I started using heavier weights, you're not as stable and planted which can present chance for injury (although not highly likely)@@vatsalsoni17
Just subbed man. 👍 My sneakers channel is also just started. Now i'm starting to collect a few types of Asics too for my running...just to get an overview of how it feels compared to other brands in my collection
Oh dang looks like you're way more serious about shoes than me 😅 I'm going to be holding these for a few years hopefully. Ran with them for the first time today, will need a few more gos at them to break them in

Thanks for the outreach. That would be a tough one. I personally do not use NB so I don't have a way to give good feedback on it but I know they make great shoes. Do you live near a new balance store? I walked into the one in Pasadena, CA and they were very knowledgable on all of the different types but I was there accompanying someone, not buying for myself. Hope this helps@@boyantrifonov
They're definitely made for running, of course, I'm sure you can always find lighter models from various seller. One helpful thing to look for is the shoe weight on the websites, they'll usually list it

@@sourabhmudgil1539 I would say true to size, and the 180 should be sufficient since you'll be doing a mixture of activities
great video what mic are you using? great sound.
Oh thanks!
I'm recording with my Samsung Galaxy S21, I was actually thinking on getting a mic because I didn't know if this was good

How do you make the quantum 180 shine and use the reflective properties ?
They come like that, the orange ones happen to have reflective built in. I wish they did it on all of the shoes

How do the 360-6 compare to the 360-7? Thanks.
I wouldn't be able to say unfortunately, Im just an average reviewer so I don't have access to all the different Asics
New to ASICS, looking at the 360. I’m generally 10.5 in most shoes , would n need to size up in ASICS?
These run true to size so they'll fit big if you size up
Which shoe do you think is wider?
@@labanperry8628 I would say that they're identical but they should have with options I believe
Should i be using 360 for gym?
What type of workouts do you do?

Are those quantum considered a running shoes?
Of course! Are there more serious options? That too, but these are legit runners for 95% of people

Is it good for walking
I like them a lot for walking
Do you recommend the 180 for long walks?
Yeah they're great. I wore them to the Zoo and felt great. New Balance makes tremendous walking shoes too however more specifically designed for that

How durable is the GEL Quantum 180?
Will it last 400 miles at least?
I would say so
All Asics I've had are quite durable
Of course if people are feet draggers or run on harsh environments etc then I can't speak for that
Great video, thanks
Glad you found it useful 👌
