Regarding redg of the agreement and payments made and possession handed over, then what will happen, so please see Supreme Court of India, Ghanshyam vs Yogendra Rathi of 07/06/2023-Sec.53(A) T.P Act. so will the transferor get possession, or will the transferee have possessory title?

Sir Marbury Vs. Madison toh Doctrine of Judicial Review k liye tha which was decided in 1803. Ye wala Maddison Vs. Alderson(1883) hai.

Sir ab jab registration bhi compulsory hai for the purpose of part performance too...iss doctrine ka kya sense...aise kaunsi formalities ab bachi rhegi...jiske liye part performance ka defence liya jayega

Amendment has not mandated the registration of sale deed becuase in that case there will be no sense of Sec. 53A. What's mandatory is that the 'agreement to sell' must be registered in pursuance of which another party has been put in possession of the property.
