Pehla, Person 'A' ne Person 'B' ka saat ek Unregistered contract kiya 1983 me. Us contract ka validity diya tha 3 years. ab Person 'A' ne Person 'C' ko Same property 26/06/1985 me Registry kor diya. But Person 'C' nehi janta ke person 'A' Person 'B' ka saath ek Contract kiya. in the mean time Person 'A' Ne Person 'B' ko 04/07/1985 me registry bhi kar diye. Possession abhi thak kisi ka pass nehi hain. wo khali para hein.
Ab wo property ki haqdar legally kon ho ga? 26/06/1985 me registry kiya Person 'C' hoga ya 04/07/1985 me registry hua Person 'B'.
Pehle jab person A ne person B ke saath contract Kiya, property sell karne ka. - tab person B ne uss property ka possession le liya tha ya nahi?
