It would go very well with the NeoMega Sno Cat I have in the stash 😉Can I just ask about the 'Dspaie micro dremel' - I can find what they call a 'sanding pen' and a 'reciprocating sander' but the head attachment on both looks nothing like what you used - what should I be looking for please?
Thank you! The sanding pen is the one...just forgot thats what they called it when making the vid haha. The attachment doesn't come with it, you'll need to buy a set of what they called "grinding pads" which comes with the little metal fixture :) www.scalemodelshop.co.uk/5mm-self-adhesive-sponge-sanding-disc-ss-c01-dspiae/?Copy%20&gad_source=1&gclid=Cj0KCQjwwae1BhC_ARIsAK4JfrwPLOoXS7wUfB6i8zuNRJ6ErhDG0Wk97RuJIhL44swZggbFdygHIwMaAi8jEALw_wcB
@@ModellingWeekly Many thanks!
@@ModellingWeekly I'm being very dim and possibly a bit irritating (!) but the sanding pen doesn't seem to have the metal 'stem' with the circular end that the sanding pads are stuck on - is that something extra I would need to get?
@@RobertSE6 no worries haha! The sanding pen itself doesn't come with the attachment, but the little sanding pads should come with it when you buy them separately (the link that I sent features the sanding pads that come with the attachment)
@@ModellingWeekly Ah ha - thanks!
What kind of dremel accessory did you use for sanding?
@@kowix83 I used a combo of the DSPIAE micro Dremel pen, along with the sanding disks that they sell alongside it :)
👏👏👏top!!!
@@jonasbeltran3627 thanks!
I actually found an ancient ESCI 1/48 Bell Jet Ranger with floats. Guess which movie diorama can happen now down the road?
@@Bob-b7x6v tell me!
@@ModellingWeekly John Carpenter's "The Thing" I need someone with a 3D printer to print me some 1/48 MacReady, Copper, and Norris figures along with a 1/48 "Melting Faces" Thing.
@@Bob-b7x6v ahh! Well, I might be setting up an online 3d print service/sales platform so I'll keep the channel updated with the progress on that...!
How much would it cost for you to 3D print for my Auster cockpit as per yours? Thanks. G
@@geoffreynolds4562 good question haha...takes about an hour to clean up and cure a print, so probably around £15 for a complete upgrade set or thereabouts? Hadn't really thought about it haha
How can we I get an interior resin printed interior?
@@joshem16 as it's my own design, it's currently only available as a download for channel members, however this does unfortunately require you to own a 3d printer. What I might do however is open an online shop with 3d printed upgrade packs if the demand is high enough! I'll be following this up shortly 👍
Great job, just one comment, a pilot normally flies from the left seat.
Ah good point! Not sure how that didn't occur to me 😅
Perhaps he normally flies a helicopter.

Pilots sit in the left seat: this is not a car with a right-hand drive. Otherwise, a great build.
@@theresacaron4238 thank you! Yeah, I know haha - I don't know how it didn't occur to me during the build 😂
I love it! Really neat!
@@akosyoutub thank you!
I thought I built a yellow one in the 60s
