    Just was about to get a kit from my late grandpas cj3a and this sure helps with the rebuild a ton. I'm used to snowmobile carbs and this is a bit more complex. Thanks for the video!

    Excellent video. Wish it had been around when i rebuilt the Carter Carb on my CJ-2A! Worked great for years, ended up selling it, back in the market for another one. So much fun to tinker with and drive

    Do you have a link for the throttle body shaft?
    I cant find it on there website....
    My shaft is shot

    Should that not be soaked in a carb cleaner and blown-out again before re-assembly. Or did they leave that important step out from the direction you are reading from?

      Cleaning and blowing out the ports is discussed near the end of this video. It’s also covered In part 2 durning reassembly. You do not necessarily have to soak every carb. It all depends on the condition of the carb. The main thing is to ensure all the ports are clean and clear.
