i always had some kind of living being sleeping in my bed at night ranging from cats to people i had moved last year and didn't realize how much i needed to feel accompanied to sleep i was super lonely for several nights and this has helped me so much for coping with that

Same. Even earphones hurt when you sleep on your side. But when I can't stand it anymore, I put my phone next to me and disconnect my earphones. I listen to these 8 hour heartbeat videos everynight. They're so calming and relaxing. The three of them (normal, rain and fireplace)
