When you listen to asmr, you sometimes come across sounds that are so nice that they just completely "stop" you. Even if you play it in the background, you get pulled away from what you were doing and are just stunned for a few seconds where you can't move or even think. Well, this audio (especially the beginning) is FULL of these sounds.
