So I don’t ever really comment on any RUclips video but I feel like I need to speak up about this particular subject. I am an inside wireman (electrician) who happens to be a women. I bust my ass alongside my amazing male coworkers and have so much respect for both my career and all construction workers that work around me! I’ve come home dirty, exhausted, in pain, and I couldn’t be more proud to be able to work alongside the men that I have. And I get paid exactly as much as they do! Listening to these women talk about how they’re not wired to do this kind of work makes me sick as a women. My mother does this same work my father and brother are also in the construction industry and my sister is an electrician as well. We work and we don’t give out excuses! I pay my bills make my money but I would nvr claim to be a “boss babe”. Just do your job and shut up on “inequality”, it doesn’t exist. It only exist if you want things handed to you instead of working ur ass off for it.

Just because you do it (good for you) doesn’t mean women are naturally drawn to or even wired for that type of work.
Given single digit percentages of women fill all infrastructure jobs… they don’t or can’t do that work.

Just look at what success in any particular professional job requires from the individual. Roles where men make up a strong majority of the people doing them, it's because the job itself rewards traits more typically found in men. Strength, aggression, resilience, and time. These things aren't naturally as common in women, so those fields will be staffed by men regardless of how we feel about it.

What is the point of studying so many years just to throw it out the windows then? It just wastes time and money. They now have to play mommy for the next 6-7 years before they can go and actually use their degrees they studied 7 years for. There are jobs that require more energy (not strength) than what women are capable off because men just have more energy than women. My female friends always complain they are tired after working 8 hours while me and my male friends come home after 9 hours of working and work in the garage or garden. Being able to work hard and long hours is a requirement in a lot of male dominated fields, women just cant compete in those fields. Luckily they have other fields they can flourish

What she did was the right call of course but other moms are not that lucky because they need to start working right away. Life is structured and you must do it in a certain order. Education -> work to gain experience/finances -> get romantic - > marriage -> enjoy marriage life for a few years -> family planning -> parenthood -> family -> retirement....something like that. But there are people that skip parts or do them in the wrong order - which is their problem but I hate it when people who clearly can not even feed or house themselves bring children in to the world. Bear in mind that I worked in dialysis and dealt with machines and not people more than any other type of nurse. "who gave birth to you?"
Uh, that has nothing to do with the topic of men needing to put in work to be valued. If anything, it's evidence that people value women for just being women due to the fact they can give birth.
And they're not saying that women don't pay their dues at all. They're saying that women aren't required to pay dues to be valued by society at large. That being said, when it comes to a career position where women's inherent value doesn't transfer, if you want to be valued equally to a man who has paid his dues, you have to pay those same dues. Feminism demands that men lower the threshold for women to be able to pay fewer dues while expecting the same level of respect despite the lower cost of entry. Shortcuts like that do not garner respect; effort does.

Computer science is pretty difficult. I remember going to college for my degree. 1 class course of comp-sci the class was ENONORMOUS had to of been like 200 students or more in that class. By the time of the 3rd quarter course came around that was EASILY less than half of that. Then came the final year probably little more than 20. That is nearly a 90% attrition rate. I don't think a single girl made it to the graduating class.
It is pretty damn hard and while it is sort of a cushy AC office job your mind has to be laser focused on what I would like to think of as virtual machinery. You have to understand precisely how everything works and that is not something girls seem to be interested in. If you look at my experience above that is not even something MOST guys are interested in.

They might promote a man but it’s most likely the most qualified man out of all men. They might promote a hard working female lawyer and she might be the top female they find. If you are a woman who takes responsibility for her choices, her decisions, her actions, she will thrive in our society. This holds true for men, women, white, black, Asian, etc. It's gender and color agnostic. Take accountability for yourself to start. Then, if you prove that you can be responsible for yourself, you can begin to take some responsibility for the care and well-being of someone else. It's true that the decisions of others can impact your life, 99% of the time the one making the decisions that impact your life, is you.

Women don’t have to work harder being Lawyers.
Law firms like tech giants are trying like mad to get and retain female lawyers for public relations and also just like bars offer free drinks on ladies night men love to have women around because it attracts men including both female and male clients and also helps them get the most talented male lawyers to come to their firm.
The truth is top male lawyers work 60-80 a week non-stop for most their career.
Women refuse to work that much for that long.
It’s not uncommon for a female lawyer who starts working that same workload to become unhappy with her stressed life look around and then choose to step down in her career or completely quit and marry a male lawyer and still have the same material lifestyle but now with loads more free time and less stress.
Male lawyers can’t do that so they typically choose to keep working for pretty much ever so they don’t lose their wive or family.

Why try and 'force' women into jobs they don't want? What will that accomplish? Even more people who don't like their lives?

Question : why should men just move a side and let a woman take a position he is also competing for. If you want equality then compete equally
Just be aware , Men compete with each other brutally and we don’t give a shit about fairness

Even when we already have the jobs competition is still pretty fierce. We push each other to do better. Because if you don’t keep pushing the other guy will. Modernity has led to pampered women disconnected from natural order.

The only problem with this podcast is using statistics and science to support your argument... Until it reaches Christianity. Then you'll become as irrational as can be.

Feminism is women being mad at reality. My wife is an extremely hard worker but makes half what I do merely because of her chosen field and my chosen field. Saying that i do know women making more than I do because they are hardworking in my field.
