okay. let us clear the air. I am a man who stopped counting the bodies at 32. I had that count by the time I was 25. I developed that count because I was damaged at a young age due to an older sibling molesting me for years (my middle sister who was a half-sister and had been through the foster system). Once I realized my addiction to sex was very damaging to my mental health I reigned in my sexual proclivity and looked for a normal relationship. What I found was that I was attracted to people who were as damaged as I was, and in fact found that every real relationship that I had was with someone who had lived through similar circumstances. I now understand that had I not been molested I would not have become involved with women who were as damaged as I. My body count would have been much lower, and I would not have accepted relationships with women with high body counts. Normal men do not accept women who have no self-control, and the sooner you knuckle headed women accept that you need to take on a more traditional role in relationships the sooner you will find happiness in this life. Take it from a former sex addict, the more sex you have with multiple partners the more miserable you are going to be. Life rarely ever plays by the rules we want or expect. My ex was very young when we got married. I knew she had a body count before we got serious about each other, so I was somewhat nervous about our sex life in the beginning. Although she had been with other guys, I found out she had never had an orgasm with any of them. I took my time with her and taught her everything about real sex. We were together for 31 1/2 years before she decided she needed a change in her life. I never strayed although I could have. Looking back, I'm fairly certain she did cheat in our later years together. Never take it for granted that your spouse/partner will always be faithful. Loyalty is a rare attribute in today's world. Body count certainly does matter, but it doesn't guarantee a life long pair bonding.

My personal take is this… be who you want in a partner. Don’t expect something from someone else that you aren’t willing to do yourself. If you want someone with a low body count, be cognizant about who you sleep with. If you want a partner who works out, you should work out. If you want someone honest, then you need to be honest. This is where our "records" come into play. It all comes down to risk. How much risk (insert type of risk from cheating, abandonment, being treated badly, etc etc) would this partner be? people look into your history like anything else.

okay. let us clear the air. I am a man who stopped counting the bodies at 32. I had that count by the time I was 25. I developed that count because I was damaged at a young age due to an older sibling molesting me for years (my middle sister who was a half-sister and had been through the foster system). Once I realized my addiction to sex was very damaging to my mental health I reigned in my sexual proclivity and looked for a normal relationship. What I found was that I was attracted to people who were as damaged as I was, and in fact found that every real relationship that I had was with someone who had lived through similar circumstances. I now understand that had I not been molested I would not have become involved with women who were as damaged as I. My body count would have been much lower, and I would not have accepted relationships with women with high body counts.

Life rarely ever plays by the rules we want or expect. My ex was very young when we got married. I knew she had a body count before we got serious about each other, so I was somewhat nervous about our sex life in the beginning. Although she had been with other guys, I found out she had never had an orgasm with any of them. I took my time with her and taught her everything about real sex.
