My second question is both of employer says they will keep me under 10k so they are not going to pay my insurance etc. for me, So how much will be tax deduction on 20k salary in this case?
You can have contract with both but just ask one of them to pay your insurance and tax. one can pay you 10000 still and other can cut the taxes from your salary( it will be around 3000czk including your insurance) if yoi do yoir self then you need to filenit end of the year, not sure how much but depends on many factors.

So what will be the visa status in this case. Can I convert my study visa to work or should apply to renew for study visa while working full time.
The work visa must be converted while your student visa and study is full time and also valid( not stopped) if not the even with job contract you have to return to home country to apply

@@NM-qm5nd depends on your contract, like DPP. its possible to earn more as student, even you can work full time and also be full time student
