Whew the way a cuss came in the back of my throat when that guy got in your business outside 😂 The Aurea experience is a MUST for me on MSC so I don't have to worry about baording times or dining times. I like to walk right on in the first group and eat dinner when I feel like it with no wait! And the Thermal Suite access is a plus. We try to go daily. We sailed Seaside twice this summer and enjoyed both sailings. Actually liked Seaside more than Seascape!

We went on Seaside Nov 12, 2023 and like you our cabin sofa was filthy and stained, the carpet wasn't vacuumed and we had to ask for washcloths every day. We didn't see our first cabin steward any Sunday when we boarded until Monday evening at 9:30 when I was searching for someone to clean and bring towels, I was not happy. Tuesday cabin steward #2 showed and it was better. The ship was also hot like you experienced. Food was a nightmare, not plentiful in the dining room room. We had a group of 10 that all got lukewarm plates and very small amounts on them and the buffet seamed to serve the same food lunch and dinner and morning juices and the lemonade was watered down and nasty. The best thing from our trip was the beautiful island and entertainment in the showroom.

I have heard so many negative reviews of the Seaside..even our fellow cruise friends have had bedbug issues on this ship and MSC basically didn't do anything for either of them and swept it under the rug. They REALLY need to step up on the Customer Service game for sure. Our cruise on Meraviglia was ok, but we are used to the Carnival vibe. Lol The crew was great on Meraviglia, but the backhouse Customer Service (once again) needs some TLC. Watching part 2 now!

That ship looks amazing as you say "visually stunning". Huge! Think I prefer smaller cruise ships as less number of people in the buffet areas around breakfast!
Oh wow, they knew better than to put stained sheets and pillowcases on the bed! What are the prices for a 3-4 day cruise on this ship?
Wow! I’m surprised MSC hasn’t adjusted their shortfalls yet. My MSC rep is telling me that they are “working hard” to make improvements in the northern hemisphere to be one of the top cruise lines. I’m not seeing anything that would indicate this based on your experience. I’m almost certain they haven’t adjusted a thing since I spoke with MSC’s travel agent support team. Thanks for sharing!

I can't speak from experience but people rarely seem to find happiness on MSC.

Eww! That's ridiculous your cabin was Nasty. Looks like cabin steward didn't change the sheets at all and just made up the bed. Regarding your sofa with so many stains no telling what the previous passengers were doing in that room! Smh!!!
Don’t go on MSC Seaside. Just got off today. Worst experience! Food sucks!
Now that don't make any since with how dirty those sheets and couches were. They really expect some 1 to sleep in that filth? We don't agree with the condiments on the burgers either. Let us decide what we want. Interested to see how the rest of this goes. Oh yea and why is it any1s business that you were recording. Get a life dude and know the rules of where you work. Thank you for a thorough review. I have heard more negatives than positives about this cruise line. Truly no excuse for the dirty sheets. I would have stripped the bed to be sure nothing else was on the mattress that would be in bed with me. 🐞🐛🪳😂
