Correct. I only read what I want to know because I think it's important to me. For example I studied on how to operate microsoft excel formulas in 2 weeks because I needed the knowledge for my job. But when it comes to geography, I find it useless because I don't think I will be using the knowledge. At least not for now.

But when it comes time to creating an action plan and fulfilling it, as long as I do 80% of the work, they might come up with the other 20. "Diagnosed" well, I don't know what kind of therapist you're seeing, but the Myers Briggs inventory isn't taken seriously by anyone in the clinical/psychiatry circles.

Just one addition to the "creative" part: it is a different creativity than these of NP (Extroverted Intuition) types. If you want a really, revolutionary new idea, you should go to an NP type. The creativity of an INTJ is more like combining existing ideas to something new. To compare it with music: an INTJ will not create a new style. But put a lot of existing stuff in a blender and pull something different out of it.
