Its rare that they say yes at big stations like Leeds , but i reccomend going to small stations where they terminate so when the driver goes to the other end of the train to set it up ask them if you can do a really quick blast on the horn , hope this helps!

It's the reduced horn, basically makes the horn quieter I think
