i really like this animation, its different compared to all the obligatory “kris hates the player” fan works, I feel like kris would grow a bond with the player as their adventures continue over the future chapters, this is really cool, good job.
I feel like a Kris fight would happen if you do the weird route for every chapter

I love how this implies that Kris and the player have a special bond, it’s quite the interesting take.

I also like to think that at the end of chapter 6 the soul comes out of kris's body if you do pacifist he'll want you to stay with him but then roulxs throws the vessel you created at the start of chapter 1 then kris and the fun gang hugs you

@@What-uj9bm tbf in a second genocide run they turn on you after realizing you did it out of curiosity/fun rather than power like they thought. So technically they are against you.

I feel like something like this will have to happen before the true final boss, I was just thinking about this.
Kris rips out us out, finally getting a say. (I like to imagine he doesn't have a voice sound effect, like in this video.) We have to try to meet ends with them, and finally join forces and merge as one for one final battle, perhaps an enemy unlike the ones we've seen before. (Gaster or the Knight, maybe?)
kris prolly is the knight cuz at the end of ch2 kris made a fountain (i guess)

Ehh, it could very well happen but Toby has explicitly said that Undertale and Deltarune are completely unrelated except for the characters. That much would change.

There's one thing I don't understand about this hypothetical situation.
If Kris is thanking us for everything we did, is it because we helped them socialize with Susie and the other characters, and prevent the Roaring? Because the area in the screen clearly implies that something *dark* has happened. So is it a matter of despondency? or is it a matter of Kris thanking us for actually giving them a shot at living a better life, even though they weren't in control?
Because I'd be pretty fazed if I blacked out for 7 days, only to wake up knowing someone used my own body to impersonate me.
I think it's more akin to a personality disorder type of thing, because you co-front
sometimes kris does things on their own
sometimes kris speaks on their own
and i'd like to think kris is awake the whole time, not blacked out
this is why they can move on their own in some cutscenes

We helped asriel in undertale, but never helped chara. So it would be really sad if you didn't comfort chara.

The game over music sure makes for a great ending theme.
To be honest this feels like a case of stockholm syndrome to me, Kris being controlled against their own will and in act like being kidnapped but out of their rights, seem too suspicious to be stockholm syndrome.
i love how in this parody the player isint some momster that needs to know what would happen, but is actually very caring towards kris, despite what he did with his SOUL.
