Great vlog. I remember my first landing at LPA, aug 1980 at midnight. A charter flight from FBU via BOD for fuel. A Braathens SAFE 737-200 LN-SUG. One week at this lovely island. During holidays we commuted between the islands. Back then it was IB with DC-9s or 727s.

Hoy he viajado con binter, sali del Hierro a Tenerife a las 18:45. No se quien llevaba el avión, pero es un gran profesional. Aterrizo acariciando la pista. Y las azafatas muy agradables y atentas. Gracias

Solo puedo decir que los pilotos de Binter son geniales. A su vez el ATR siendo como es se comporta de maravilla. La entrada a Tenerife Norte es siempre movida y con vientos como los que se comenta pues un tiovivo. Sin embargo una vez ya se tiene la experiencia de verdad que se lleva bien. Particularmente me gusta bastante el servicio de Binter.

Last year we came close as we were booked on a Bangkok Airways ATR72 in June, but sadly owing to the pandemic we had to cancel that trip! Happy flying to you. Yo el dia 23 no pude aterrizar en Tenerife Norte y nos desviaron a Gran Canaria. Tenerife Norte con mucha niebla, y Tenerife Sur con fuertes vientos descendentes que hacian muy peligroso el aterrizaje. Despues de 2 horas en Gran Canaria, pudimos volver a Tenerife Sur, y de ahi en Guagua hasta Tenerife Norte. Total Madrid Tenerife, mas de 8 horas. Un fuerte abrazo y suscrito.
He visto trip reports de otros planespotters y no son lo mismo que los tuyos. Se nota en los comentarios, etc tu parte profesional. Siempre me siguen resultando curiosos los comerciales con ala alta. Muy buena, entre otras, una toma al despegue en que se sincronizan las revoluciones de las aspas con los fotogramas de la cámara, se ven paradas y no molestan a la imagen. 👍 En estos casos de clima difícil, hacer que un vuelo parezca sencillo, es para felicitar a la tripulación. 👏👏 Yo lo hago 😀

Shame about the dirty windows, but what a great flight ! I do like the ATR aircraft, and they must be ideal for Binter on their flights between the Canary Islands. Interesting to see Royal Air Maroc also using an ATR on their flights to Casablanca or Rabat ? Many thanks indeed !
Well, it's not only from Gran Canaria. It has base in almost every Canarian airport :D Actually, I'm not sure if the headquarters are in Gran Canaria or Tenerife.
Flew on Binters ATRs' many times doing crazy shifts for Jet2 between the islands. Nearly always turbulent and bumpy. I frequently saw the locals clutching their rosary beads but that's no criticism of Binter, just the territory. Not as bad as flying into or out of Leeds on a bad day.
Bueno, realmente el tamaño de los aviones es el mismo, por lo que moverse se moverían lo mismo en las mismas condiciones ;) Otra cosa es que las veces que fueses tu coincidiesen con días de viento particularmente fuerte y racheado :)
como canario he volado mucho con binter y ninguna pega, los vientos que mencionas es normal durante los meses de verano, es como se le denomina en canarias lo vientos alisios que gracias a ellos de componente noreste tenemos verano suave con respecto a otros puntos de la geografía española, en cuanto a los dos modelos q mencionas me quedo claramente con el atr72
Hi Lucas. Another great review and flight. Would it be possible when there is turbulence to have a split view on screen. Where 1 shot is inside the cabin and the other shot is of outside. It would be good to see the turbulence inside the cabin. Especially during take off and landing. Or if there is particularly bad turbulence during the flight. Las unicas que pueden entrar al puerto y quedarse son dos compañías que se llaman Fredolsen y naviera armas la otras tienen que dejar a los pasajeros y irse

Los vientos alisios siempre presentes en las islas, precisamente ahora en el verano hay varios dias con niebla en los rodeos debido a los alisios
