Hello my friends, I hope all of you have been well over the past year. This video is just a very messy Q&A/Sit down video to get used to filming again but I'm hoping to come back with more regular content soon. For now, enjoy my rambling and feel free to answer some of the questions as well 🧡
No one should ever feel bad about their foreign language skill level. It's amazing to know any small part of a second language. And for someone to feel superior because they speak their native language better than someone who knows multiple languages is just the silliest form of conceit. Your voice and accent are beautiful and your command of the English language is very impressive. Glad to see you back on RUclips!
I've been told, many years ago, of my mistakes in English to which I replied: at least I'm trying! The other person thought it was normal for me to speak English but never even bothered to speak my language though he knew some of it and my language was the one of the state...
Her English is perfect especially being a second language. I don't know why people have to be so horrible. Please don't listen to them. ♥️. English is not the only language in the world and people should appreciate that someone has gone to this effort to produce beautiful videos.

Dear Shirin! We as a society need to let go of the idea that everybody needs te find their one passion. That idea has cost me a lot of pain as well. But now I've realised: some people like one big thing a lot, others like a lot of things a little... And that's all okay! You don't need to choose for life. Just choose what makes you happy right now, and the future will care for itself. Maybe you'll still like that thing, maybe not. In the last case, you choose again. It's all good! the fact that people said negative things about your english breaks my heart 😪 i literally rewatch your videos so many times just to HEAR your voice because i love your speaking voice so much 😭💕 i admire people who learn multiple languages and it’s something i’m working on myself! i feel like other countries learn more languages while us americans, for the most part, only know english 😐
This was so fun! I put my laptop up on my kitchen counter as I made tea and unloaded the dishwasher, and it was just like having a friend over for a chat. It was really nice to see more of your personality and see you more relaxed. I'm not on instagram, so I'm happy to have you back on youtube. =] Also, for the people who want you to speak faster, they can just increase the playback speed to 1.5x if they want to get through the video faster. And they can stop insulting you. Your English is wonderful!
I loved the video and I'm so happy you're back! About language, English is not my mother tongue either and I really like listening to videos of people speaking who do not have English as their mother tongue either, because they tend to speak more clearly and it helps me to practice.

I think questioning yourself in the early 20's is universal. I did. But you're at least doing amazing things and so many avenues that you could go into. So don't get too down. I'm doing a mid-life career switch because i've realized my job was making me miserable, so anything is possible! Always remember its better to try and fail than to never do anything at all.

I love that you read & walk as well! When I was nine I read about the Dutch girls who would knit on their way to school and I loved that picture so much! That I taught myself to crochet (as at the time I didn’t knit) while walking! I was able to do it without looking after a while and it was sooo satisfying and pleasant!🥰

17:09 yes! I find I do this as well! When I was binge watching Audrey Hepburn’s movies and watching interviews I found I wore more solid colors and lots of hair scarfs! When I was watching Elvis and listening to his music I went for more of a sixties inspired style! I love it so much! I love changing style like that!

17:09 yes! I find I do this as well! When I was binge watching Audrey Hepburn’s movies and watching interviews I found I wore more solid colors and lots of hair scarfs! When I was watching Elvis and listening to his music I went for more of a sixties inspired style! I love it so much! I love changing style like that!
