I believe the highlight of their dance here is the shadow dance which matches the mystery theme of the song and title Sherlock. It’s like the one in front leaves hus shadow each step (see the .40 & 2:30 mark)
Because you guys like the 2X faster dances on weekly idol you should check out SHINee's most recent appearance on the show when they were promoting 1 of 1 when it first came out. They did a 2X faster dance to Sherlock and it was epic. It really showcased their amazing dancing skills. The only difference was Onew was unable to dance because he was still recovering from his ankle injury.

Hey guys! Try to do SHINee Lucifer dance practice! You literally cannot take your eyes off of Taemin. The way he smiles to himself because he just loves what he's doing! Awesome!
I am sad about the part at 0:43 - not your guys' fault for not picking up on it because you actually can't see it well in this low camera angle, but it's like a stop time sequence, where everyone starts with the same pose, and then one by one, they stop at different points in the choreo, so when you see them all in a row, you are seeing them hold poses from different points in time from the sequence. I think their practice room version makes it clearer - hopefully you guys can check that out (not saying you need to react to it, just check it out). This remains one of my favorite kpop dance routines - it's not crazy fast or hard hitting, but I think it's so cleverly put together, and makes really good use of formations.
Have you guys ever checked out DBSK's Purple Line? Song's pretty old, but the choreography is still one of my fave ever. Classic hard hitting choreography and I don't think any other younger group has dared to cover it.
