I share my home with, and honor the animals I have harvested. I have immortalized them, and pay respect to their sacrifice daily... Not all need to die, but a person that gives of themselves, and their own resources to make a harvest of a mature animal, should respect it enough to honor it, or you should never be out there. After taking my largest Bear, I shot with a camera for years, and some of my favorite trophies are pictures... This man will not kill for blood lust, but the caliber of animal taken has raised the bar, and the amount of respect for them.... If you ever do take a wild animal, all that is required is to be thankful, respectful, and humble.

      It's a BIack bear (Ursus americanus) not a brown aka grizzIy bear. BIack bears can be bIack/dark, brown, bIonde, cinnamon, or almost any shade in between. Spirit bears in the pacific NW aka Kermode bears are a white/beige subspecies of bIack bears (Ursus americanus kermodei).
      North American Brown bears (Ursus arctos) and grizzIy bears (Ursus arctos horribilis) have different ears, snouts, facial features and shape of the face as weII as a distinct hump on their shoulders and grizzIy bears have that silver/lighter tipped fur, giving them the name and grizzled appearance to the fur.
      Yes I'm an animaI geek for sure 😂 and Iove aII of nature's animaIs but I'm not against ethicaI hunting. Especially for those who hunt to feed their famiIies. Stay safe out there in bear country.

    A bow what a joke for hunting big game. The proper way is high powered rifle or big handgun 44 magnum and up

      Clearly you have never hunted big game with a bow😂

      The bow is meant for deer even smaller black bear don't kill quick. A true fact clearly your hunting stone age its called its called guns . a 44 magnum or high powered rifle knock it down like that. And i watched tons hunting videos that show the bow sucks on anything bigger then deer.

      While I would never have shot this bear, I do hunt, mostly deer and pheasant--- but you commenters obviously don't understand the concept of bow hunting-----

    • @brandonholsather2171
      @brandonholsather2171 2 года назад +1

      The concept is killing it quick which a boe cant do on these animals. A fast kill the ethical way. The bow is made for hunting deer and antelope not beast.

    How can you be so pleased with yourself for killing such a magnificent creature that had every right to roam around it’s habitat..it’s just so disgusting it had no chance to escape..please leave them in peace to live out their lives in their natural environment.
