Do you know how many railways, bridges, hospitals and power stations China has built around the world? Your vision is really narrow. A ticket to China is not expensive. China now has driverless online car-hailing, unmanned hotels and unmanned convenience stores in big cities. China is progressing every day, and the speed of progress is beyond your imagination. The city you live in may not be as good as a third-tier city in China. I don’t praise it. Zhang said, please look directly at these facts. Don‘t be misled by the reports of your country. The air ticket to China is not expensive. You can go out to see the world by yourself. Finally, welcome to China, my friend.

WEST: CHINA HAS NO FREEDOM!!!
me: on the bus in belgium, sir you cannot drink or eat on the bus...

u can't do that either here in subway
Now you can order your meal delivered right to your seat on the bullet train. Although the choices are not too much.
Well, the conclusion should be that there's less freedom in Belgium then, not the entire west. In my country you can eat or drink both on busses or trains.
Also what is this comparison you can’t eat on that bus to you can eat on the train.
Try again
I took several pre pandemic special China tours meant only for Chinese who are non Chinese citizen living abroad. They took us to the usual tourist places and businesses selling us stuff like tea, jewelry, art work, etc. These 8 night tours include air fare from LAX, 5 star hotel rooms, meals, tour bus, tour guides speaking only Chinese, airport transportation, paid admissions to nearly all tourist places. Special shows were extra. At the time these tours cost about $500 US. A great deal which allowed me to make several trips to China at a bargain price.
This makes me angry China is a lovely place and hate shouldn’t be placed against it
Welcome to travel in China! You will fall in love with the people, things, and places here, and most importantly, safety. Even if you stroll outside at 2 AM, you will be safe.
This vid is the best kind of advert for such people.
Unfortunately the sinophobia is real
As a chinese person who’s going to Hong Kong soon to visit (I’m in america),
the top comment is actually kinda offensive and i’m tired of hate against China and Chinese people, especially the stereotypes. These people are racist as hell and don’t give a (-). I’m not in love with the Chinese culture, but I’m still Chinese and it makes me really angry (anger issues where you at) that people are so disrespectful to Chinese people.

Crowds aren't actually that bad, it's more the sight of it that might scare you, but once they open the gates everything is very efficient is fast, which is what matters. There are no crowds as in: eternal queing, delay problems etc It's just everything is "more" and "bigger" 😅

It's true there are much fewer foreign people coming to China and more leaving China since covid. And of course due to some negative report about China, they don't want to come and visit. Also, with foreign companies and investment leaving, a lot of foreigners' working visas were expired and they don't have reason to stay. But welcome. Still warm welcome!

Where does the Chinese government get the money to build cities?
The Finance Bureau registered many state-owned enterprises, issued bonds to the people with the government's reputation, deceived them into construction, and showed the world how powerful China is. They did not pay on time or even paid nothing but did not bear any responsibility. The people could not speak out. Some of them needed money for medical treatment, but they had no way to get it. I used to be proud of China's development until I went to China this year to visit my nearly 80-year-old father and found that a state-owned enterprise maliciously owed all his property of almost 2 million which should be enough for his future. I spent half a month contacting the local government, but no one answered the phone during working hours. I tried to publish this matter on the Chinese Internet, but it was deleted directly.
Now I see your video introducing China, and I feel very complicated. I must work harder to save money to treat my father's medical treatment and retirement and pay for the money that was cheated by the government.
From a Chinese who had loved China for many years.
I’m always the only one on the train and my neighbors are always very keen to talk to me haha
