Massage is good but without offending anyone, including many doctors, pain is actually due to magnesium deficient, something we don’t know including me until my pain and both of my legs were extremely pain and cramp in 2014. I went to see the boss of a vitamin supplement shop and he said to me that l was magnesium deficient. After taking magnesium glycinate 200 mg for just 10 minutes duration, my pain and cramps was starting to reverse. He advised me at that time that I needed 1200 mg to 1600 mg daily to cure my pain and for one week it gone completely. He advised me to take 800 mg from then on, a dosage higher than many government health agency recommendations! 😂😂😂. Dr Carolyn Dean wrote that as we age, our daily consumption will be higher! From that moment, l started researching magnesium and it is so fantastic. Anyway, three books l looked at very quickly are the magnesium miracle by Dr Carolyn Dean MD ND The magnificent magnesium by Dr Dennis Goodman MD and Magnesium reversing disease by Dr Thomas Levy MD. These two doctors are also cardiologist. Also doctors who know this elixir said that enough, note the word enough, mg in our body will prevent any horrible diseases including cancer. One doctor I came across who wrote this is Dr Norman Shealy PhD MD world famous neurosurgeon in his 90+ now retired! Anyone can find this in google search! Up to now, l can’t go without daily supplements of mg because we can’t replenish enough from our food! One anti aging researcher Dr David Sinclaire and Dr Rhonda Patrick endorsed mg is very important in prolonging our lives without illness! Anyway good luck!

I have met a young couple in Thailand recently. They were from US and flow to Singapore and they were traveling from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and then to Cambodia and Vietnam and before going back to US.
We have happened to have a casual friendly conversation and I have asked them since they are so near to China, why not go to China just for a few days to see China. I told them China is very interesting. But I was surprised of what they told me.
They said according to all their media reports in US and advice by their government and many other people. They were advice and told not to travel to China. Even their parents don't allow them to go to China. They were told China is not a safe country to travel. Very dirty, poor rundown infrastructures, poor transportation system, polluted, homeless people are everywhere waiting to rob tourists are common even in broad daylight. Chances of been detained for no reason by the Communist government is very high. Because China is an authoritarian state and all foreign visitors are monitored by thousands of cameras everywhere and every minute where foreign visitors go. Foreign visitors from western countries can be detained for months or even years for no reason.
All these is what they know about China. The couple is like below 25 years of age and already so badly brainwashed by their government and controlled media. This is really sad.

Infact after one week there accompanied by relatives. We felt we still had not touch or know about the city.. First was the food, the chicken tasted totally different from what we had in our country literally. second was the sights and feel third was the 'people mountain people see' which could only be possible in china. Forth was that there were many gardens everywhere..in short, we were just overwhelmed, assaulted on all our senses. We were also treated to the Chinese get well center. The trip to yangshoz, from Guillin by the lijiang river filled us with natural Beauty unseen before. Tried the best goose, roasted, pigeon and Cheong fun. That’s just Chinese exceptionalism and we complain about American Exceptionalism…. I cook everyday myself and hide my lousy knife skill and fire control shame from the ancestors. Chinese cooking skills and “western cooking skills require very different skill sets and “western” cooking is as varied as the different types of Chinese cuisines. French cooking is very different from Italian. If I had to compare, French sauces are exponentially more difficult to get right than Chinese sauces, try it for yourself before making such ignorant statements. All cuisines have centuries of cultural background and history, this is not exclusive to us Chinese. Even something as simple as spaghetti sauce, if you aren’t using ready made processed ones, takes a lot of skill to get it right and delicious, just like controlling the fire in Chinese cooking.

"Hello, I saw your videos on the Chinese version of TikTok and I greatly admire and envy your ability to give up everything to travel the world. Firstly, coming to China, you have presented what you've observed and experienced in a very objective manner, and for that, I thank you. I lived abroad for about 10 years and have only recently returned to Shanghai. When I first went overseas, I often saw news and videos on RUclips that disparaged China. I went from feeling angry to adopting a more neutral stance over time. Due to differing policies, China really faces many challenges internationally, and as a Chinese person, I've also experienced unfair treatment. However, living a good life is what's important. China isn't perfect; with such a large population, there's significant variation in the quality of its citizens. But in this year since returning, I've clearly felt a shift among the youth. China is a country that started developing later than many developed nations and is still in a phase of development. It might take some time, and I hope that our friends from other countries can be more understanding. I believe we will continue to improve."

Hello my friend, welcome to China. A strong recommendation destination is Chongqing. It's a beautiful and unique mountainous city like no any other city in the world with many cyberpunkish wonders. Technically it's the world largest city with a population of 32 million.
And as a Chongqingner, I personally think we have some of the finest food in China.

Just discovered your channel today and been watching it almost the entire day. Loved all your videos. Not sure if anyone mentioned, the video is kind of short, under 15mins. its more interesting if its longer. Just like the video in Guangzhou, you can have multiple videos in one city and more detail to the places you visited. You guys are a fun family. Hope you guys travel to more places and enjoy.

Great video loved every moment, it made me miss my time spent over on Asia, making me feel like did I make a wrong decision to return back to Ireland after being in Asia for 10yrs
But I am delighted that you got to experience the beauty of the place in full because in in the past before I went over I thought it was backward and out dated, but once you been and then return to the west I feel over here in the west we are living in the past...

@ Guangzhou, you need to experience their breakfast...
    1. yum cha
    2. dipping freshly fried dough sticks (Youtiao) into flavoured congee or soy milk, plus steamed rice rolls with beef or prawns.....

Looking at the skyline of Guangzhou, it's hard to imagine that it's a city with a history of over 3000 years. Buddhism, Taoism, Islam, and Catholicism all have iconic buildings in Guangzhou. There are also places to visit, such as Yongqing Square, Chen Family Temple, Shamian Island, and Litchi Bay Lake.
