  • This week we will look at some different ways, how to mount to the to bar on Lyra in a clean and/or interesting way.

    As a person who will do almost anything to not tuck mount, I appreciate this! I would add a coin flip (my favorite), flying russian (harder version of the stag), tracing the spanset up into a fish, and tracing the hoop with your top leg from an angel :)

    Your videos are so good! Been using them to help my in my aerial classes, although two years later...I still can't do a tuck mount 😔 i've been wondering if its possible to use resistance bands to help practice the movement?

      Yes, try it. Tuck mount is actually quite tuff. 😅

      I see your request. I am thinking of an entire course about backlog. It feels that it is too little with a tutorial. But maybe one beginner exercise and conditioning for it. Thank you for the feedback.

    I just explored your channel and I love it! One question: how do you usually sit up on on the top bar? Like you did at 6:03. I only know 2 ways. Always from below or can you do it from standing? Thanks a lot! :)

      Hi I am glad my channel helps you. 🤗Yes, you can also go from standing. For example holding the strap and then lift both legs over the outside to come to sitting and then depending on the move slide into the knees and lower your upper body 🥰
