Great video, Jon. You continue to impress me with your hunting finds. So happy you finally found and enjoyed, Edward Scissorhands. Gorillas in the Mist is really good. You'll enjoy that. Dead Poets Society is AMAZING.
So many awesome finds this video.
Enjoy your movies and thanks for sharing your hunting tricks and tips with us. 👑👑👑
Thanks for checking out this video! I really enjoyed Edward Scissorhands, it was such a quirky fun movie and I thought it was visually stunning. I’m so glad to have Dead Poets Society and can’t wait to finally get to see it. I’m so glad the summer months are back for yard sale season, you just never know what you’re going to find. Thanks again Stephanie!
Dead Poets is great! In fact, just about anything Robin Williams is in is a keeper. Stephanie and I had talked about What Dreams May Come. It's an awesome movie!
You’re absolutely right, Robin Williams was incredible. What Dreams May Come is such an interesting film and there are so many conversations that can be had after watching that one. I am really forward to finally seeing Dead Poets Society, I’ve only heard amazing things about it. Thanks so much for checking out this video!
That Elvis box looks amazing
Dead Poets Society is great! Very nice Elvis set. You always find such awesome deals.
Ha ha, I don’t know why but I just love Elvis! I am really looking forward to finally watching Dead Poets Society. So glad I found that one. Thanks for checking out this video!
You had a lucky yard sale hunt in this video ,especially that Elvis set 👍🏻🍻
So far this summer I have found at least one great find each weekend I have gone out. I am hoping the streak stays alive!
Great pickups!! That Elvis box set is, well, neat!! I have all of his films on DVD, but I would grab this in a heartbeat. I've also never seen Edward Scissorhands. Or Gorillas in the Mist. And I only recently got around to seeing Cool Hand Luke and The Magnificent Sevent, both of which I liked. Don't apologize for not caring about Steve McQueen. He's kind of an acquired taste. He's wonderful in his TV series Wanted: Dead or Alive, but I never really followed his film career. Now I find myself appreciating him more. I used to find some cool stuff at estate sales but got out of the habit during the lockdown. I found several of the TCM four-disc sets for low prices: Bogart, Gary Cooper, Jean Harlow, etc. The most unusual thing I found was the Nazi propaganda film Triumph of the Will, made in the 1930's, a film I never would have sought out. But for a few bucks? Yeah, I grabbed it. Fascinating historical artifact, even though very disturbing. Happy hunting!
I have always enjoyed Elvis’ films (and his music) and I thought this boxset was so interesting. Edward Scissorhands was a really fun & quirky film and I thought it was incredible visually. Thanks for the grace in my Steve McQueen take, ha ha! Maybe he’ll win me over some day. Those TCM sets are so great! I love finding them every once in a while. Thanks so much for checking out this video, I really appreciate it!
I have many Elvis movies on dvd as well as a special edition set of the 68 Comeback special but that’s a great set you picked up and a bargain for that great condition. Nice one!
I love his films, they’re always a lot of fun. I couldn’t believe I found that set. The owner said it had never been opened. I have a few of the films on Blu-ray, but the majority of them I didn’t own. Thanks so much for checking out this video!
Awesome deals you found! Dances with Wolves is a great one!
Thanks man! I’m really looking forward to seeing that film for the first time. I do enjoy Kevin Costner. Thanks for checking out this video!
