That's pretty cool. Personally, I use a cheap USB SDR to do all that.
Same! All started with RTL-SDR Blog version for me.
And you can get a couple converter parts and make that rtl-sdr a great little receiver.
@@RTPTechTips : I got a Pocket Chip years ago hoping that I could use it for mobile SDR stuff, but it wasn't really fast enough.
But! I should have a uConsole here soon which will be more than fast enough to do this!
Yes but you need laptop
Can this device decode morse code.
I haven't looked at this, but in transmitting area, there is a "Morse" app, with an option to use with Fox hunt - have yet to explore this app.
Either way you can record signals for later decoding with storage to sdcard.
