Wow! That was quite the day you guys had! Thanks for being so transparent & honest about the not so great moments. Our family recently spent time in Boaton & we had a rainy day while we were out & about & we didn't have rain jackets or umbrellas & I kept telling our group - we won't melt - just like Kendra!🙂 But, I love Janae's perspective - "Sometimes you just need to get peed on." So true, Janae. So true.😂

This brought back great memories. We were stationed in Nurnberg in 1983-1985. We went to those castles and some others in Switzerland, Austria and one in Liechtenstein.

I’ve always wanted to go to Germany, it looks so pretty! Love watching your guys videos!
Preparation is key. We knew when we were going so we reserved tickets ahead. We got a hotel just under the castle. After the hordes of tourists left, we were on the bridge and walking the grounds almost by ourselves. We did have to go back down the hill to pick up the tickets. But took a horse drawn wagon back up. It was charming.
The town empties out after the day trippers leave-so spend a night there if you can. There are some nice restaurants nearby in Fusse.

When I was at Neuschwanstein I had no trouble at all getting in and never noticed that there could be a crowd on the bridge! Ofc, I was there around 7:30 in the morning, late June... 🙂
Lovely place. Next time I pass by, I think I will check out the Hohenschwangau - I normally go to Austria once a year to hike the mountains.

Wow what a day sorry everything seemed to go wrong! My daughter’s knee popped out of place tonight sometimes happen we have bad joints but my husband wasn’t home was half an hour away! She couldn’t move I’m not strong enough to pick her up she’s 13! She’s crying and is in pain! My neighbor across the street was gone! Luckily my best friend’s husband was home they live 2 min away and was able to come over and help! As soon as he picked her up it popped back in place! Iced it and she’s better! I was getting worried because it was out of place for awhile and I was afraid it would swell too much and wouldn’t go back in! I’m so glad I have such an awesome friend and her husband!

I do hope you make it of Oxford England if you love hogwarts . Oxford University started in around 1100ad (interestingly, the aztec Empire was 200 years after this !!)
If you do, make it to Oxford. Perhaps a house in the cotswolds for a cute traditional English feel.
Also, a visit to Scotland. For the Glenfinnan Viaduct.
Obviously, we have lots more than Harry Potter . We may be small, but there are some marvellous things here in the UK

There is a movie about Beethoven filmed few years ago "Inmortal beloved". Now there is another version filmed i think last year. I saw he first movie in Fine art cinema in Miramar, Santurce, San Juan.
Your videos are great! If your kids are looking for new reading material, especially for any travel days, I'd love to recommend Plutopia by Charlotte Chiang, who's a young Christian writer. The book is sort of like Plato's Republic meets Pilgrim's Progress, and there's an audiobook. Also anything by Margaret Peterson Haddix is good, and she has different books for different reading levels.
