- In this video I take you through how the rest of the fall harvest and tillage for 2022 went. In the video we finish up soybean harvest then go full swing into the corn harvest along with some tillage and corn stover stack building.
I got to run a new Deutz Fahr 8280 tractor on the J&M 1112X grain cart for part of the fall and have plenty of footage of that in this video.
Nice to see that harvest went well for you😉👍awesome harvest video, thank you for sharing👍👍
Love it mike, I live just outside of pitsburg Ohio and help a farmer named John Brumbaugh. My family used to farm until my great grandpa passed away and my grandpa didn’t want to do it because he was busy with his business called southwest automation. I always wish they didn’t sell it. It wasn’t a big farm by any means it was only about 300-450 acres which I guess isn’t bad. But hope that I can chase my dreams and get the chance to farm once I finish high school. Trying to learn as much as I can right now from farmers that I help. Anyways love the videos mike always happy to see you post.

My grandmother grew up in the countryside of the state of Virgi,. She and my great-grandmother used to make pig feet in the oven. It's awesome to see how others on the other side of the globe in a different culture make them. And it's an honor to have you visit our channel, we can discuss more about our experiences in harvesting and building farms.
The remarkable strides in agriculture machines underscore their essential role in meeting the challenges of feeding a growing global population.
Mike, I’m 84 years old. Now tell me how can you watch your drone, while driving a combine? I would love to just drive a combine. Love, and enjoy watching your shows. Keep up the good work. 😂❤❤😂
What a beautiful Machine ...gorgeous .. Happy to see you in a Deutz finally ..

Glad to see Your videos. The Deutz & Graincart are Awesome.
I'm sure that was an interesting experience hitching a ride with a trucker to and from the ethanol plant!
Mike my 18 month old loves your videos.
This dude should see if the museum of natural history wants his videos, Without meaning to be they're really educational for how farm machinery works.
Good Morning, Mike.
Good Day.
Again a great video for you Mikeand I thank you for it.
Just wait until farmers are running 60 foot heads on front of their combines. It will be impressive to see those wide heads. -- PROGRESS.
Thank you Mike real nice. Merry Christmas to you and family and friends.
Even got the ol stack hand out...👍👍
39:37 Who? 😉
Thanks a lot for all you videos in '22! 😊👍🏻
Great video da john deere Mike
Absolute awesome video Mike
And merry Christmas to you
What strikes me is that these 40 to 50+ foot heads still really shave the ground like they do for soybean harvest. BUT then again………today they no longer moldboard plow. No headlands. No dead furrows. No unevenness. Just level tillage year after year. Low hanging pods? No problem…….
I really like those Deutz tractors, but very much prefer the green version.
Mike nice video 👍 from Kazakhstan
Great vídeo Mike.
Good video farmhand Mike
The best!
Great video 👍
I don't know why but it always surprises me given how much bigger American semis are not only how much less hp and I believe torque they mostly have compared to semis here (UK) while also limited to nearly 10 tons (US) less. I know they have the front mounted engines because unlike the UK and the rest of Europe the US and I presume Canada only measures the length of the trailer rather than including the tractor unit as well. But I'm guessing the added weight of the hydraulics etc is why you see less tipper trailers and more hopper bottoms where I don't think I have seen any hopper bottoms here.
Sorry for the ramble.
I hope you all have a Merry Christmas
Mornin' Mike.
Thanks for sharing the rap up update. Happy subscriber 😊!
Hi Mike. Video length is 52 minute 👍from Kazakhstan 🇰🇿
Not sure how you can keep up with all of the running around and also running your social media ☺️
It’s very challenging at times. Well all of the time.
If you don't mind me asking, do you get paid for helping out on this farm and running the equipment, or not?
Why is your left leg moving driving that truck ?
when you need to go no2 the john is a long way away if you know what i mean. vern.
so without being a company man which is better deere versatile or deutz ?
So that is a good question. I believe every company make a great tractor. The Versatile is a basic simple tractor built with good components and not all the bells and whistles and generally sold for a lesser price than the others. The John Deere 8260R tractor the farm just bought is a very nice tractor with the ILS and IVT transmission. I think the Deere is a fairly easy tractor that anyone can jump in and figure out fairly quick how to operate it. The other thing is the ability to hook the Deere planter up and everything just talks to each other. Now that I'm fairly new to the Deutz Fahr brand I will say this. These are a very well designed and built tractor. They have lots of technology and several different modes on how you want to operate them. Also the ISO BUS monitor in the cab seems to communicate easily with all implements that are ISO compatible. The Deutz tractor has a very nice ride and a very quiet cab and possibly one of the most fuel efficient tractors built today. I would put the bigger Deutz up in the Fendt category.
What’s on the Christmas Menu??
Well not sure yet but I’ll have to make a video
@@farmhandmike 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The use of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in agriculture remains controversial.
