George, I know I can't be the only one that waves and smiles back at you when you get to a mirror. Thank you for all the knowledge you share with us. I was wondering how many people do you use on a estate and getting ready for the sale?
I can't believe the difference after you had a chance to stage it George. You form a magic transformation. Wishing you a great turn out and much success.
I respect you sooo much! Your encyclopedic knowledge is amazing ! Your grasp of history and fashion and styles encourages me to explore things outside my personal taste ..to research more . your patience in examining pieces helps me to find nuances that I would have overlooked . I appreciate all your informative videos . Thank you George … PS George is my favorite name . Luckily my daughters agree and so my eldest grandson is a George.
Hi George, I love that you make the distinction that you don't purchase from the estate sales you facilitate, it shows a professionalism that people can trust. 🎉
I just feel like if I want to buy, that should be a separate thing before we ever talk about estate stuff. Otheriwise, why would anyone want to go to my sale?
That Magnalite is in really good condition! I would have loved that oval pot when my kids were all at home. I got their Dutch oven for a wedding shower gift, as my mother did before me. I slowly added to my collection of Magnalite until the prices just got too high to be practical. I still use it after 48 years of marriage. I sure wish your sale was near me - you’ve got a lot of nice (and useful) things. Good luck!
I went to a Monkees concert in the ‘90’s, I think it was. They held it at the Oklahoma City Zoo of all places! Mike was there. Yep! I stood in the audience up front and screamed DAVY with all the other old ladies! 😅😅 Hey, isn’t it too bad florists don’t have deposits on vases? Like old coke bottles? Anyone back in the Stone Age ever collect coke bottles and go redeem them at the corner store?❤
Looks like the family took everything I'd have wanted, but there's plenty more in the house! Christmas from heck, apparently. 11:22 My grandfather worked in an A&P for a while during the Depression. Took what you could get at the time. (and I still want to see what's in that attic! With a house that age you never can tell; I just hope it's nothing the heat could damage. Melted plastic is NOT good for resale.)
It was just a fluke to see you at my neighborhood estate sale. I might go back on Sunday for more deals. Panasonic radio works great! As always, it's a joy seeing you, George. Largo girl.😊
When you walk through and discuss your estate sales, you always remember to be respectful in your comments. These items represent somebody's loved ones and they may be watching the video.
So nice you mentioned Jocelyn and Drew, I know them both from the Relic Recoverist, Garrett rep days, and Jefferson, Tx days. They are very nice folks. Hello from Texas.
Thank you for the tour. Your knowledge amazes me. I always learn something from you. That piece with the metal around the edge that I think had a yellow pattern has lead in it. My grandparents had several they picked up in their travels somewhere. They had big ones and little ones. We inherited them when my grandparents passed so I remember them from when I was a kid. I'm 62 so it was a while ago. The house looks great. Yall did an amazing job staging. Doesn't look like the same house.
I really enjoy estate sales you video. Sometimes I am surprised at the items but its fun to see items you have highlighted in other videos. Thanks George 😊
I really wish I lived closer so I could get the typewriter table- I grew up with one and we used to set the sewing machine up on it! I need one now because of limited space!
Love your videos, always so informative. The hexagonal end table by the couch is very similar to one my parents had in the 1960's. Hope your sell goes smoothly.
Dear Teresa, I just saw this and I'm so grateful for your support of what we're doing! Thank you for letting us know you enjoy this and that it's worthwhile to you
The olive forks with the polished stones I have never seen before I actually have the salt cellar spoon with those cool stones I wonder who made them. I love going to estate sales but I wish they were Saturday and Sunday only because with my job now I miss out on all the really good stuff
Georrrrrrrggggge!!!!!! 😱 Soooo much Stuff !!!! Abt cried !! You said Come On Out !! I said I Cant !!!! Im 4 states away ! Then i said i dont need A Thing !
Another great video, George! Thank you! What did you price the wheat table at? I’m trying to find one, but the prices I’m seeing are outrageous. A double wheat one would be really nice.
8:12 If you don't have a pot to pee in..........I finally sold my glass top Italian wheat sheath table and won't ever buy one again. I've learned that people don't like glass top tables, even though I actually love them. I sold the base and kept the glass because the buyer was going to ship the base to a family member and didn't need it. ( I hope I don't jinx you.)
I'm not worried, glass tops do well in Florida because a lot of people have smaller places that need less heavy furniture! It's a different market than a lot of the US that way
George, just wondering if you'll be set up somewhere in FL between July 7th and the 18th as I'll be in Ormond Beach and would love to come visit and see your wares.
How long did it take your team and you to sort, stage, and price this sale? It’s an enormous undertaking that takes just the right people which possess passion for passing the items along for a second life!
I have a wooden billy club from my grandmother. She kept it under her bed. The leather loop is missing. I was told they were brought into town think there would be union issues which didn't happen. There was a Tannery in town. They sold off the excess. That the story she told me. Think I will research it now. I really hope it wasn't used on someone.
Hi George! What did you end up pricing the Regimental trunk for? I have a tall antique steamer with original stickers and the hangers. Our family brought it over on a liner, around WW I!
Your knowledge is amazing !! Would l♥️ve to do what you do . I don't drive & neither does my son. Pity. However - i have an 'eye' & my spidey sensors are currently tingling over a gigantic cushion design , made yesterday & with a pricey tag of £200. 🤔🤔🤔
Hey, I heard you say people were interested in candle wick again. I have so much of my mothers that I want to get rid of! I don’t need to make a ton on it, I just don’t want to give it to goodwill! What are your ideas?
Seriously, maybe a charity consiment shop would likely take care of the pieces until they sell. I wish I had more. I have a few small bowls from my grandparents. Good luck
It is said that The Monkees will never be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame because they used studio musicians to record their records. So that’s why the wanted to prove they could actually play. Doesn’t seem fair to me. They were very accomplished musicians and deserve to be in the Hall of Fame.
I'm in shock. Maybe being judgmental? I didn't think ministers had enough money to buy such wonderful items. Does anyone else have the same reaction? Yes George! We knew you would do it! Wonderful video!

I love wedgewood jasperware! I have about 100 pieces that I have been collecting for about 24 years !It fits in many decorating styles
Thank you for the tour. The staging turned out to be inviting! Buyers will have room to walk around and get a complete look at all the lovelies 💐
You bet! That's what we strive for when we can fit everything lol
Great ! If u can't walk u can't buy ! $$
Thank you George!
George, you must have been a hat model in a past life. Teehee! You just can’t resist modeling them for us. Always fun and informative. ❤
You got that right!
😂😂
I can't believe the difference after you had a chance to stage it George. You form a magic transformation. Wishing you a great turn out and much success.
Thank you! It turned out well

Some people just grab and grab. "Mine, mine, this one's mine!" I'm not surprised why our country is in such a mess.
He's a gentleman ❤

Many wonderful items available, wish that you were closer. Thank you for sharing. You did such great presentation and should surely make big bucks.
Once upon a time, this was someone's dream, but now it's being scattered in the wind. Sad part of life, no matter how you water it down.
I guess so 😢
Lots a great stuff there. Going to be an exciting sale!
Thanks, I hope so!
It looks like it 😮
Love those button cards! Thanks George.

I'm always amazed at your knowledge.

Wish I lived near by - would have loved to do some shopping at your sale! All the best!
I would too 😊
Maybe one day!

I love going to estate sales but I wish they were Saturday and Sunday only because with my job now I miss out on all the really good stuff
Great estate sale. I'm sure you will do well ❤.
love the lil desk.
Sorry I missed this one earlier. Have started collecting Candlewick to use with my plain white china.
Love it! Great pattern and you can see the rims if you stack your china on top for different courses
Wild George what a fun tour. You guys have a lot nice stuff. I hope the woman gets what she wants for it.
Have fun😊😊😊😊😊
💚💚💚 that wardrobe case is awesome. I don't know what' my old luggage obsession means lol

Hi George! I love the fez…I hope you bought it for yourself👍🏼
I didn't, can't pre-buy out of the sales I do because of conflict of interest
You always look good in any hat 😊😂

Would love to get that Dore Bible Gallery, Florida's too far away unfortunately.
Great stuff 😊
Thanks! 🙂
I still have my Mother’s wheat/glass coffee table and yes, it was bought in ‘73 or ‘74.
Great job!
Thank you! Cheers!
Neon dove? I see a pepper 😂
I wasnt paying attention while video played ! But guy above called it a chili 🤣
That Dowagiac Indian advertising print will sell well
Agreed!
@@TheAntiqueNomad I bought one here in Michigan. Paid $100 plus premium and thought I got a deal. Soon sold for $200.
Did I spot a Lancashire rose dish near the chintz plate ?😮❤
Those “drawers” are for cassette tapes.
Great video. Just wondering if the can opener at 20.06 is anything to do with the ideal home show that is in London?
You and your team did a great job!
Another great video, George! Thank you! What did you price the wheat table at? I’m trying to find one, but the prices I’m seeing are outrageous. A double wheat one would be really nice.
I think we got $125 or $150
How I would love to go🥰
I would like the butterfly wall decor, depending on the price I need it mailed

I have yet to find candlewick , I central California.

We had A&P in Chicago. They must have moved to Florida from Chicago.

Try antique stores .
George are you allowed to purchase anything from estates that you conduct, before or after?
I don't, it creates a conflict of interest. I get a percentage either way, so might as well let the other resellers have first crack
I'm 60 yrs old my parents went to the Chicago world fair. I was born in Chicago.
Remember, George fans, click the LIKE 👍. 😊
Thank yoU! It really helps us when people do that

I was shocked seeing You in Florida estate. I think I called you Mike ❤ I'm very sorry.
Bring it to Mount Dora in February. All the crap generation next will pass on!

So that’s why the wanted to prove they could actually play. Doesn’t seem fair to me. They were very accomplished musicians and deserve to be in the Hall of Fame.
The Monkees were a tv invention that turned into something real and they don't really get any credit for that
My mother swore by Electrolux.
My friend’s mom did too
✨💖✨

Perhaps the ministers wife worked and/or they received gifts.
