This game was my therapy after the long torturous days of getting bullied at school. It felt so cool to swing around New York and beat up thugs. It was as close as to getting to be Spidey as one possibly could. It will forever live in my heart as a game that got me through the tough times.

If there's one thing I've learned over these Marvel retrospective videos, it's that having a creepy carnival level is almost guaranteed to be one of AlwaysNerdy's favorite level.
I always felt that this and TASM were the strongest movie-based Spider-Man games. Especially how the TASM game functioned as a sequel to the movie as opposed to it's own adaptation of the film.
@@Dynamo33 I think the whole point of TASM's swing mechanic was the cinematics. The camera stayed up close with Spider-man, he always takes long falls and the camera cuts close to give the impression of speed and his Web Rush is basically an excuse to do spider-acrobatics similar to what you see in the movie.
People can say that the combat system is a rip-off of the Arkham games or that the swing mechanic isn't very engaging but for me the gameplay was good enough and its shortcoming was supplemented by a great overall story.
This Black Cat will always be the best version. Her voice is soft but slightly gravelly and very human. Shame they didn't show her more in the game and sequels

Judging that they're making deals with multiple game publishers making remasters for current consoles isn't so far fetched but neither is possibly botching them up like Sonic Colors.
Ah the good ol days when Activision wasn't soulessly absorbing small publishers for their COD games. Making licensed games like Spider-Man 2 and originals like Prototype
Originally, I couldn't save the game's progress on my PS2 because I had too many files. So I tried to complete the game in one whole day many times. But of course, my mom would stop me to either do homework, chores, etc., because she didn't want me to waste time playing it. I deleted old files of games either I only borrowed and don't play anymore or games I outgrew and were no longer fun. So I am finally able to save it whenever.
i was the same, i would always play after school and would try beating it in one sitting but never could lol. i wish i had my old gamecube bc i’d love to go back and play it.
@@knottyx3 Another game I couldn’t save at the time either was for The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie. I’m glad I cleared all of those useless saved files to make more space to finally finish stuff from my childhood.
I always felt like Tobey's Spider-Man was characterized better in the video games than in the actual films lol. He's a lot wittier and more like comic Peter in general in the games.
Black Cat showing up as Peters relationship with MJ deteriorates is literally genius storytelling. I would love to see Black Cat just melt Peter Parker on the big screen some day.
I used to get overwhelmed with boss battles as a kid, so Mysterio’s health bar fake out following the one punch take down cracked my ten year old self up alot more than it should have. 😂
Lol I remember pressing the A button on my Xbox controller to skip the cutscene. I pressed the A button too many times, and the second it got out of the cutscene, I had accidentally punched Mysterio. Then he was defeated. I was so confused 😅
The first time I played the game I was on low health at the start of the battle. I was super scared when his health bar showed up, but it was absolutely hilarious.
Lol in my recent playthrough of the game I did on my channel, I actually charged up my jump meter and prepared to nail him with the one punching attack you can do when standing still with a fully charged jump, the name of which I can't remember right now. But I was too close to him, so when I went to hit him, it looked like Spidey had just... lightly pushed him backwards. And that was enough to send Mr. Beck crashing into the wall. Hey, Spidey can bench-press ten tons, Bruce Campbell himself said so, so I can buy Spidey besting an average guy by just pushing him over. 😂
The Mysterio levels are always super bittersweet for me. They're my favorite levels, but getting to them marks a near-end point for the game, so I always get upset that the game isn't longer.
@@pikapal91 in the comics that's probably the case, but as I'm not much of a comic reader. All other media (like this game) try to show Felicia as this more wild, fun loving, kinda crazy girl. As where Mary Jane is either the damsel in distress or the one who "forces" Peter to choose between his double life (because of the Raimi movies influence). She really needs a more comic accurate depiction in the more mainstream media...
I think they had Josh Keaton voice most of the first game because they weren’t sure if they were gonna be able to get Tobey in, so he could’ve very well been next up to play Spidey for this game
yeah it was very intense given tobey had of course always a different schedule and they weren‘t quite sure to use them so they made josh record the lines too i mean some are still like this in the game and some got changed because of the gobby bonus run

This game makes you realize how much more interesting the movies could have been with Black Cat. Also that I apparently never got anywhere in this game, I remember absolutely none of this. I know I generally spent most of my time just swinging around, but I thought I played some of it.

One of my favorites of all time! This one got me into gaming as a kid being able to BE Spider-Man blew my mind. Great video, man! I’ve always wanted a long form deep dive into this game.

Really? I get that Spiderman 2 was a big deal when it came out, but it has clearly aged. It has to be the most popular of the Activision Marvel games, I'd have to imagine any others would have aged even worse. Spiderman PS4 is really what Spiderman 2 wishes it could have been.
The cgi cutscenes are amazing for a ps2 era game. Imagine if they remastered this game and made the whole thing look like that. This is still hands down my favorite Spider-Man game

Apparently for Spiderman 4, Bruce Campbell was going to be revealed as Mysterio in the begining of the movie as a joke. Spidey walks mysterio into the police station. Mysterio would have a gut and he'd be revealed to be Campbell. I think thats hilarious and wish we could've seen that. Plus it makes sense in a way. Campbell seems to show up in each one and Mysterio keeping tabs on spiderman makes sense.
Probably safe to say we'll see a similar gag in the Spider-Man 4 fan film, since it's adapting what they know about the original plans for the movie before it got canceled as faithfully as possible. It'd be amazing if they got a similar-looking guy to do the part.
Man I love how this game captures that grandness and spectacle that old films did when it came to the music instead of just blatantly taking music tracks from the films and putting them into the games

No way! This is my favorite video game of all time. I was actually working on a Spider-Man 2 "Cut content" video when I stumbled upon this video. I'm so glad someone finally mentioned some of the hidden details in this game! Like did you know there was a few cut segments from the Quentin Beck challenge? Or a cut segment where Dr.Connors drinks a formula right before Doc Ock attacks him. (Don't mind me geeking out lol) Btw, something's to look out for in your Spider-Man 2002 retrospective: There are exclusive Kraven levels for only the Xbox version. (Those files still exist for the other versions of the game) There is also a hidden UFO in the Razor's edge level. (Not really important but an interesting easter egg lol) By clearing the game in a higher difficulty, You can play as the Green Goblin (An alternative story line with Harry Osborn trying to clear his family's name) There was originally plans to include more levels such as saving people from a burning building. These got removed because of the recent September 11 attacks There's a lot more interesting details but I'll leave it at that! These retrospectives are amazing. Keep up the good work!

@@alwaysnerdyretros Unfortunately there’s no way to access the Kraven levels on the PS2 version. Not even modders have attempted to put the levels together on the PC version but the files are still there. You would think it would be exclusive to the PlayStation version being it’s a Sony movie lmao but that was because of the early trend that Xbox games just had to deliver more than the other consoles. Luckily most game devs realized this was just too much work to make major modifications to their games so they stopped this trend around 2003-2004 (though they still somewhat exist in today’s standards)

I remember I spent an evening trying to figure out the UFO in the first movie game years and years ago. If I recall, there is a way to actually reach it and stand on it, but you can't interact with it beyond that.

That freaking Mysterio room with the mirrors still haunts me to this day; those clones of Spider-Man really traumatized me for some reason; Its been nearly 20 years, but I STILL have to beat that part with my eyes closed! And it all came back when I watched Far From Home in theaters 😂🤣
That section is more frustrating to me than anything. 15 Videos I did of this game on my channel, and I only died once... and it was to those damn Spidey clones. I died to a nutshot, too, since the clone said "Nuts" right as he dealt the final blow. Talk about a brutal way to go out. At least I got to use the Spider-Man 1 death jingle afterwards.
I wish the Spider-Man mirror clones were used more in the game they’re really fun to fight maybe if they put them in the arena mode or something. You don’t even have to fight them just break the mirrors really fast every 3rd mirror is one you have to break so you could do it pretty fast without even taking damage I did have a lot of trouble when I was kid playing this game for the first time tho
Was very happy to see this in my subscriptions. Great in-depth review, well structured, and uses time well. I look forward to more Spider-Man stuff. Regarding Josh Keaton: Technically, Spectacular Spider-Man isn't his first time leading; he was cast as Spider-Man for the first movie tie in game and even recorded a lot of lines before Tobey signed on. Rather than let that work go to waste, they reused his takes for the play as Green Goblin cheat code and basically turned it into a what if scenario for Harry. I'm sure you would have discovered this at some point whenever you review that game, but I figured I'd share.

I drive trucks for a living and when I saw this on my recommendations I thought to myself what the hell I had no idea he made one for Spider-Man two come to find out you literally just uploaded it looking forward to watching this While I am at work now I can have something to listen to until I get home and play the Spider-Man DLC for avengers

Has anybody else noticed that Peter Parker's video game model has some sort of stitch on the right side of his glasses, which is funny because Peter made that during the ending of Spider-Man 2 when his glasses almost broke when he jumped off a building earlier to retrieve his powers. Its also funny because it was not necessary for him to have his glasses in the first place! :P
I remember playing this game for the first time, it really shook me, especially since I had first been exposed to the fever dream pc Spider-Man 2, so popping this into my PS2 a few years later was super new to me. Say, do you plan to cover Ultimate Spider-Man? That one is my favorite spidey game!

In my head canon I just thought he was robbing the convenient store because he blew his budget on the Statue of Liberty illusion. Also side note, I was pleasantly surprised by how the Spider-man ps4 Black Cat was on par with this depiction. Two excellent versions of the character.
I actually think Tobey's voice acting is great, _most_ of the time (the most infamous example of when it isn't would be his reaction to Doc kidnapping Aunt May lol). 100% agree on the chemistry between Pete and Felicia though, that little arc is one of the game's many highlights for me
Eh it's pretty overrated especially because most of the human "drama" feels like a bad soap opera films like Spiderverse, Logan, TDK trilogy, last two avengers films and stuff Captain America trilogy

I always felt that when Harry discovers Peter is Spider-Man, Peter could have easily just said that he was at a costume party which was attacked by Doc-Ock and was captured and asks Harry what was going on because he has captured Mj.

My brother gave me this game on my birthday this year so i can finally play it again. And while aspect certainly did not age well (and that there is sadly nothing to unlock) I was still surprised how far ahead of its time game was. There quiet some moment of other spider-man games where I stoped and sayed "wow, this feature existed already back then?" (it was a damn long time since I last played that game). I would almost argue that, similar to the spiderman movies, this game showed how good super-hero games (and license games) actually can be. And I still freakin love the mysterio arc (even more than the movie arc) and the interactions with black cat. Really glad the developers where alowed a lot of freedom with the story
Have to love the hour plus long reviews. The more thorough the better. And the fact that the last one was only 2 weeks ago? Pretty impressive. Keep up the good work!
It’s so interesting that Dr, Conners suggested getting Octavius some help, and years later in No Way Home, the Peter of the MCU managed to be that help.
I grew up w/ the raimi trilogy and I was in 4th grade when I played this game. I remember raging during the Quentin beck trials (the laser one especially) b/c there would be times where I would get extremely cocky and try to just get to the end but then getting zapped and losing and raging . I wish Treyarch would remaster this hidden gem.
Oh my, my favourite Spider-Man game! I used to play it a lot when I was a kid and had Xbox. Years later I replayed it with the GameCube emulator, and I still love this game. Though it is sometimes repetitive and voice acting is 50/50, it was so innovative at that time (in comparison to other Spidey games). I also like that there are many tricks you can do in this game (I’d like to see most of them in PS5 Spider Man 2), and you can deliver pizza with this iconic theme. Thanks for reminding me how cool it is even with PS4 Spidey released)
a cool detail i noticed while watching this is that during air combos, time appears to slow down a little, which makes it appear less like spider-man is somehow hovering in the air in real time (like the two most recent games, and the third upcoming one) and more like he's insanely quick with his punches

I guess the Lizard was supposed to be in the game but cut. Crazy how over a decade later I’m learning stuff about my favorite Spiderman game.
My favourite hint token is the one where Bruce says “you know when someone looks at their controller and whines ‘there’s only one attack button’........” I would repeat it over and over again and laugh my butt off every time. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
one of the things l loved most about spiderman two was being able to go into buildings. Y'know what l mean? You can go into nightclubs, or gyms, and beat down whatever criminal scum is hiding and he has a pun for it. "Hiding out in a gym... hows that WORKING OUT for ya?" Or even going into one of their hideouts and wrecking house. lt adds more depth to the city that l personally felt spiderman ps4 lacked. I love that game too, don't get me wrong, but it just didn't.... have exactly what l was hoping for.

Love how you brought up those tutorial easter eggs. If you just walk to your destination instead of swinging during the tutorial, Bruce gets pretty pissed and tries to remind you that Spider Man uses webs to swing haha
32:07 this entire dialogue sequence is fantastic! I would love to see a more character development with Octavious. It'd be fantastic to see Molina's Ock in a spin off tv show even an animated one.
I was about 13 when this game first came out and loved playing it on PS2! I remember hearing a secret line from Bruce Campbell if you just run around the streets, he will say to stop running and swing like Spider-Man! I would really like to play this game again once I get the console to do so!
One thing I always enjoyed doing when playing this was getting a cool pose or action shot ready when the chapter freeze frame would cue up. Whether doing a swing, or standing at a corner of a building so spidey stands more upright and heroic. It was always fun to try and time it. It was basically photo mode before the next generation of consoles had it. Anyone else ever do this?
Hope you plan on doing a lot more of these retrospective videos. Also props on talking about lizard, kraven and calypso being cut, not many people seem to know about this.
I'll never forget being a kid and seeing the movie in theaters. The movie is what made me love Spider-Man. Shortly after my mom took me and my sister to Wal-mart and they had the video game. I begged my mom to get it for me and she had to call my dad to see what he thought, he gave the ok and and I got the game. Will never forget how excited I was reading the back in the car over and over, I was blown away by the game after finally getting to play it. Took me forever to beat it because of how hard it was for me as a stupid kid. Easily one of my favorite games ever.
This was a great video and analysis of one of my favorite videogames of all time with the superhero I love the most. This game is truly special to me. I'm definitely gonna replay it again soon.

Ahh Spider-Man 2..... I remember playing the PSP version of this game, and realised by watching this.... The PSP version is very different from the PS2, and Game-Cube versions..... While my PSP version didn't have Black-Cat, It did have Vulture!

I used to get overwhelmed with boss battles as a kid, so Mysterio’s health bar fake out following the one punch take down cracked my ten year old self up alot more than it should have. 😂

Lol I remember pressing the A button on my Xbox controller to skip the cutscene. I pressed the A button too many times, and the second it got out of the cutscene, I had accidentally punched Mysterio. Then he was defeated. I was so confused 😅
The first time I played the game I was on low health at the start of the battle. I was super scared when his health bar showed up, but it was absolutely hilarious.
Lol in my recent playthrough of the game I did on my channel, I actually charged up my jump meter and prepared to nail him with the one punching attack you can do when standing still with a fully charged jump, the name of which I can't remember right now.
But I was too close to him, so when I went to hit him, it looked like Spidey had just... lightly pushed him backwards. And that was enough to send Mr. Beck crashing into the wall.
Hey, Spidey can bench-press ten tons, Bruce Campbell himself said so, so I can buy Spidey besting an average guy by just pushing him over. 😂
The Mysterio levels are always super bittersweet for me. They're my favorite levels, but getting to them marks a near-end point for the game, so I always get upset that the game isn't longer.
I think they are more of middle of the game than near the end.

@@pikapal91 in the comics that's probably the case, but as I'm not much of a comic reader. All other media (like this game) try to show Felicia as this more wild, fun loving, kinda crazy girl. As where Mary Jane is either the damsel in distress or the one who "forces" Peter to choose between his double life (because of the Raimi movies influence). She really needs a more comic accurate depiction in the more mainstream media...
I think they had Josh Keaton voice most of the first game because they weren’t sure if they were gonna be able to get Tobey in, so he could’ve very well been next up to play Spidey for this game
yeah it was very intense given tobey had of course always a different schedule and they weren‘t quite sure to use them so they made josh record the lines too
i mean some are still like this in the game and some got changed because of the gobby bonus run

Also that I apparently never got anywhere in this game, I remember absolutely none of this. I know I generally spent most of my time just swinging around, but I thought I played some of it.
I never knew about the boss challenges. I never got past the 75 enemies.

Apparently for Spiderman 4, Bruce Campbell was going to be revealed as Mysterio in the begining of the movie as a joke. Spidey walks mysterio into the police station. Mysterio would have a gut and he'd be revealed to be Campbell. I think thats hilarious and wish we could've seen that. Plus it makes sense in a way. Campbell seems to show up in each one and Mysterio keeping tabs on spiderman makes sense.
Probably safe to say we'll see a similar gag in the Spider-Man 4 fan film, since it's adapting what they know about the original plans for the movie before it got canceled as faithfully as possible. It'd be amazing if they got a similar-looking guy to do the part.

No way! This is my favorite video game of all time. I was actually working on a Spider-Man 2 "Cut content" video when I stumbled upon this video. I'm so glad someone finally mentioned some of the hidden details in this game! Like did you know there was a few cut segments from the Quentin Beck challenge? Or a cut segment where Dr.Connors drinks a formula right before Doc Ock attacks him. (Don't mind me geeking out lol)
Btw, something's to look out for in your Spider-Man 2002 retrospective:
There are exclusive Kraven levels for only the Xbox version. (Those files still exist for the other versions of the game)
There is also a hidden UFO in the Razor's edge level. (Not really important but an interesting easter egg lol)
By clearing the game in a higher difficulty, You can play as the Green Goblin (An alternative story line with Harry Osborn trying to clear his family's name)
There was originally plans to include more levels such as saving people from a burning building. These got removed because of the recent September 11 attacks
There's a lot more interesting details but I'll leave it at that!

@@alwaysnerdyretros Unfortunately there’s no way to access the Kraven levels on the PS2 version. Not even modders have attempted to put the levels together on the PC version but the files are still there. You would think it would be exclusive to the PlayStation version being it’s a Sony movie lmao but that was because of the early trend that Xbox games just had to deliver more than the other consoles. Luckily most game devs realized this was just too much work to make major modifications to their games so they stopped this trend around 2003-2004 (though they still somewhat exist in today’s standards)

I remember I spent an evening trying to figure out the UFO in the first movie game years and years ago. If I recall, there is a way to actually reach it and stand on it, but you can't interact with it beyond that.

That freaking Mysterio room with the mirrors still haunts me to this day; those clones of Spider-Man really traumatized me for some reason; Its been nearly 20 years, but I STILL have to beat that part with my eyes closed! And it all came back when I watched Far From Home in theaters 😂🤣

That section is more frustrating to me than anything. 15 Videos I did of this game on my channel, and I only died once... and it was to those damn Spidey clones.
I died to a nutshot, too, since the clone said "Nuts" right as he dealt the final blow. Talk about a brutal way to go out. At least I got to use the Spider-Man 1 death jingle afterwards.
I wish the Spider-Man mirror clones were used more in the game they’re really fun to fight maybe if they put them in the arena mode or something. You don’t even have to fight them just break the mirrors really fast every 3rd mirror is one you have to break so you could do it pretty fast without even taking damage I did have a lot of trouble when I was kid playing this game for the first time tho

Regarding Josh Keaton: Technically, Spectacular Spider-Man isn't his first time leading; he was cast as Spider-Man for the first movie tie in game and even recorded a lot of lines before Tobey signed on. Rather than let that work go to waste, they reused his takes for the play as Green Goblin cheat code and basically turned it into a what if scenario for Harry. I'm sure you would have discovered this at some point whenever you review that game, but I figured I'd share.

I drive trucks for a living and when I saw this on my recommendations I thought to myself what the hell I had no idea he made one for Spider-Man two come to find out you literally just uploaded it looking forward to watching this While I am at work now I can have something to listen to until I get home and play the Spider-Man DLC for avengers

Has anybody else noticed that Peter Parker's video game model has some sort of stitch on the right side of his glasses, which is funny because Peter made that during the ending of Spider-Man 2 when his glasses almost broke when he jumped off a building earlier to retrieve his powers. Its also funny because it was not necessary for him to have his glasses in the first place! :P
I remember playing this game for the first time, it really shook me, especially since I had first been exposed to the fever dream pc Spider-Man 2, so popping this into my PS2 a few years later was super new to me. Say, do you plan to cover Ultimate Spider-Man? That one is my favorite spidey game!

I love how well performed Doc Oc is in the game. Alfred Molina brought his A game. Not super common for the movie games back in the day
In my head canon I just thought he was robbing the convenient store because he blew his budget on the Statue of Liberty illusion.
Also side note, I was pleasantly surprised by how the Spider-man ps4 Black Cat was on par with this depiction. Two excellent versions of the character.

I actually think Tobey's voice acting is great, _most_ of the time (the most infamous example of when it isn't would be his reaction to Doc kidnapping Aunt May lol). 100% agree on the chemistry between Pete and Felicia though, that little arc is one of the game's many highlights for me
Nothing will ever compare to the Raimi Spider-Man era. The movies the game everything surrounding those movies were peak.
Eh it's pretty overrated especially because most of the human "drama" feels like a bad soap opera films like Spiderverse, Logan, TDK trilogy, last two avengers films and stuff Captain America trilogy

I always felt that when Harry discovers Peter is Spider-Man, Peter could have easily just said that he was at a costume party which was attacked by Doc-Ock and was captured and asks Harry what was going on because he has captured Mj.

My brother gave me this game on my birthday this year so i can finally play it again. And while aspect certainly did not age well (and that there is sadly nothing to unlock) I was still surprised how far ahead of its time game was. There quiet some moment of other spider-man games where I stoped and sayed "wow, this feature existed already back then?" (it was a damn long time since I last played that game). I would almost argue that, similar to the spiderman movies, this game showed how good super-hero games (and license games) actually can be.
And I still freakin love the mysterio arc (even more than the movie arc) and the interactions with black cat. Really glad the developers where alowed a lot of freedom with the story

I grew up w/ the raimi trilogy and I was in 4th grade when I played this game. I remember raging during the Quentin beck trials (the laser one especially) b/c there would be times where I would get extremely cocky and try to just get to the end but then getting zapped and losing and raging . I wish Treyarch would remaster this hidden gem.
Oh my, my favourite Spider-Man game! I used to play it a lot when I was a kid and had Xbox. Years later I replayed it with the GameCube emulator, and I still love this game. Though it is sometimes repetitive and voice acting is 50/50, it was so innovative at that time (in comparison to other Spidey games). I also like that there are many tricks you can do in this game (I’d like to see most of them in PS5 Spider Man 2), and you can deliver pizza with this iconic theme. Thanks for reminding me how cool it is even with PS4 Spidey released)

a cool detail i noticed while watching this is that during air combos, time appears to slow down a little, which makes it appear less like spider-man is somehow hovering in the air in real time (like the two most recent games, and the third upcoming one) and more like he's insanely quick with his punches

one of the things l loved most about spiderman two was being able to go into buildings. Y'know what l mean? You can go into nightclubs, or gyms, and beat down whatever criminal scum is hiding and he has a pun for it. "Hiding out in a gym... hows that WORKING OUT for ya?" Or even going into one of their hideouts and wrecking house. lt adds more depth to the city that l personally felt spiderman ps4 lacked. I love that game too, don't get me wrong, but it just didn't.... have exactly what l was hoping for.
I mean there was technically hideouts you could go into in Spider-Man PS4 but I get ya as it loaded into a different place entirely.

Love how you brought up those tutorial easter eggs. If you just walk to your destination instead of swinging during the tutorial, Bruce gets pretty pissed and tries to remind you that Spider Man uses webs to swing haha

I was about 13 when this game first came out and loved playing it on PS2! I remember hearing a secret line from Bruce Campbell if you just run around the streets, he will say to stop running and swing like Spider-Man! I would really like to play this game again once I get the console to do so!

One thing I always enjoyed doing when playing this was getting a cool pose or action shot ready when the chapter freeze frame would cue up. Whether doing a swing, or standing at a corner of a building so spidey stands more upright and heroic. It was always fun to try and time it. It was basically photo mode before the next generation of consoles had it. Anyone else ever do this?

I'll never forget being a kid and seeing the movie in theaters. The movie is what made me love Spider-Man. Shortly after my mom took me and my sister to Wal-mart and they had the video game. I begged my mom to get it for me and she had to call my dad to see what he thought, he gave the ok and and I got the game. Will never forget how excited I was reading the back in the car over and over, I was blown away by the game after finally getting to play it. Took me forever to beat it because of how hard it was for me as a stupid kid. Easily one of my favorite games ever.

Ahh Spider-Man 2..... I remember playing the PSP version of this game, and realised by watching this.... The PSP version is very different from the PS2, and Game-Cube versions..... While my PSP version didn't have Black-Cat, It did have Vulture!
I think the PSP version is more in line with how the first movie game played on the other consoles.

This game was my childhood! So may memories are flooding back now. Glad I found this video. I still remember playing this game Christmas day in 2004 on my GameCube.
I never beat it (always got stuck around the Mysterio section in the arena).
