Hello shlok Bhai yoy are doing really great work. One thing I learnt in the clothing in last 5-7 years of manufacturing is either you can be good at selling/ marketing or at making. Managing both seems cool but for running factory and managing unskilled labour is really headache. And there are so many issues with fabric every with respective season. Out sourcing with good people is really good option. I am not saying I know everything or I am the best but as a brother I want to so that you can't face the problem we faced in earlier. So please reply I can really help with scaling.
