That property is what falls into the opulent the Gardens I just absolutely beautiful and the house layout is exceptional. I could see myself living there. The rooms are nice size. The layout is spectacular.

Yes it's a beautiful house but there are thousands of beautiful traditional properties in the Dordogne, many run down but still beautiful and with character that do not need presenting in such an idealized manner..the life here in the Dordogne is real and not to be over sentimentalized..

Taxes for this property must be horrendous. In France you can no longer enjoy your home, big or small. This is possibly the main reason why everything id for sale. That and the fact our country is sinking rapidly... Beautiful though... Hope the new owners will respect this beauty...
From the interior decoration, the previous owner must have been British and with Brexit... they probably must leave the country. They can no longer enjoy the advantages of being EU citizens
the pool is a bit further away from the main house...i prefer the pool to be just outside the backdoor and zoom youre in the pool but still really pretty home
Well they say the yearly maintenance cost on a castle is usually 10% of the price you bought it for. 3 million? cost you 300,000 a year to maintain, pretty steep.

Pas vraiment mon goût La piscine est belle ( 2.03) La chambre ( 2.40) a du charme 2.51 et ce petit jardin, genre renaissance française, c'est très recherché ! 3.08 l'entrée, avec cette pièce d'eau, ça, c'est magnifique Globalement, c'est une très belle propriété. Lovely in every way. I could live there. It is so much better than the huge ego-driven multi-million dollar estates that you sometimes see on RUclips.
My sole complaint with this is not with the home itself, but with the fact that there wasn't enough focus on the interior as well as the exterior.
