It's about the perfect speed for both guys. That cut table has worked out to be an awesome part of the set up, but then again that entire wood yard is kick ass.
Thanks! Rick actually has plans to revamp the bucking platform and make some changes to the set up...might not see them til next Spring however when I'm back up there splitting again.
Mornin' ( D ), kinda looks like a firewood freight train... It's killer to see you and Rick Just-a-Chuggin Along... Now she's back, and just in time to make a woodcone of your own... Stay cool Brother... Keep Pushin' On... Peace...
One of my friends who used to own a sawmill before the anti trucking laws came in in New Hampshire went into making firewood. He brought in all the firewood poles during the summer months while trucking was permitted. All through the winter and mud season, he made firewood, all without touching the wood. His conveyor would peak up a forty foot high pile. He created a windrow of split firewood 40' high and two hundred yards long. He then delivered dry firewood during the summer months. This was the first I ever saw dry firewood being offered. People always used to keep two years' worth of firewood, giving their wood a chance to season. This was back in the early eighties.
That conveyor set up is the best I’ve seen….the chaff grizzly to the final conveyor is perfect….biggest flaw in the whole operation is Rick needs something to catch that hook he uses…lol!
@@brianrizzi6321doesn't jam, that's the key. I purchased 2 of the dual chain style and it was constantly getting plugged. The single chain was the ticket.
Thanks! Ha...I didn't realize the deer were in the shot like they were. I had seen them back there but didn't know they moved over to where they were...lol
It's actually a good arrangement and sort of more in my favor. He brings me as many trees/logs as I want and removes trees for me when needed, and I take the 37D up to his woodyard a couple times a year.
I've covered the building of and when he finished the log deck, but never really went over dimensions. He's planning on revamping it with a new and improved version by next Spring.
That,s a awesome setup to process firewood and to get lots done in a day with just 2 people. Thanks for sharing.

Yall kicking out the merchandise. Good work fellas
Oh, Man! That is not mass production, it is massive Production! LOL Enjoyed this video!
Dan and Rick, are hustling and bustling to get more done ☑️ in Rick’s wood yard 👍😮😊❤
Nicely done. As an aside, I ordered the mini firewood combo and greatly appreciate you getting it shipped the day after I ordered. Well done.
Thanks! And you're welcome...I try to get orders sent out either same day or next day as much as possible. Thanks for the order, hope you enjoy!
Nice setup Rick & Dan
Very nice setup
Hello Dan. That bucking table and feed platform are really efficient. The 37D is a beast.
It makes for a pretty smooth operation, although pushing those levers can be exhausting! 😆

Chugging along is right...it's just a nice steady flow to the work and the firewood.
That’s some good looking firewood, the Eastonmade does a fantastic job.
Cool setup!! Like the way y'all are processing!! Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
Hi Dan That Easton Made 37 D is just Awesome ‼️

Good video 👍 Massive amount of firewood made with the 37D 😊

I have that same conveyor, $150 on FB marketplace. It’s sweet for firewood and doesn’t jam

We do 3 cords and hour with a power split.
hi there nice set up , i finaly see a table and they did a great job , this one is extra good , best to all john
The set up is only as good as the people using it...lol...so yes this one is top-notch!
Excellent system there folks.
That's a lot of production done in a few days.
Yes indeed...almost his whole year's supply for deliveries.
I can see this video for hours 😊
Awesome setup & machine. Yeah, seen the deer in the background. Have a great Thanksgiving!!
Thanks! Ha...I didn't realize the deer were in the shot like they were. I had seen them back there but didn't know they moved over to where they were...lol
Hello Dan, is there any chance some plans and dimensions of that bucking table could be obtained?
Dan the man 👍🏻🇺🇸
Efficient system - makes for productive workflow. Stay safe.
Thanks for an awsome video. Im wondering about the green machine. Can you tell us about it?
Another great setup what make is the articulated loader
Thanks...the loader is an Avant.
Thats a big pile of wood Dan.
How cold waz it in the yard? Those bootz look warm.
Looks like Rick marks his cuts same as I...little MS170 with a jig on it.
Yep he has a little top handle saw with I think one of the Perfect Sticks on it. Easier to just switch saws between marking and cutting.
You are a great buddy to lend Rick your splitter but anyone who has that much wood to split should have his own splitter . Just my opinion.

would love to see dimensions of that processing table / log deck. Do you cover this in any previous videos?

This has got to be the most efficient 2 man operation I have ever seen.
Look at the children frolicking in the background in the woodyard
They were having a good time building forts and setting traps for a woodchuck...lol
@Back40Firewood no I was talking about the deer look in the backdraft behind the wood shelter
@@haroldwhite7202 OHhhh....LOL
37D is a great machine.
37d was eating.
Chomp, chomp, chomp! All with the sweet purr of the diesel engine...hahaha
@Back40Firewood lol
And not a carport in sight lol.
Bill
Hahahahaha....nope, free sailing for bark and scraps!
