Its actually extracted audio from the scene it came from, not the soundtrack, the way they recorded the audio eliminated any sound effects from the scene, that's why it sounds like this.
I hope one day Brio release a Wrong Trousers Train Chase set, complete with Feathers, Gromit and Wallace figures!
