- FIRE AT ORTLEY BEACH STRIP MALL...During the early morning hours of Saturday February 24, 2007, Station 44, The Seaside Heights Volunteer Fire Department of Seaside Heights, New Jersey, was dispatched to a structure fire at a strip mall located at 1957 Route 35 North in the Ortley Beach section of the Township of Toms River.
Because of freezing temperatures and a brisk west wind, it took nearly two hours to bring the blaze under control.

weichert WAS the realtor, the ad was up on their site for over 9 months. AND it didn't show the WHOLE building, just the end with the styling place. ALL ads on weichert get whats called an "MLS" number, this ads number is 10020252. But again, the ad has been taken down.
kinda strange considering 9 days prior to the fire, weichert reality had posed an ad of this building for sale.
The building is also condos, units all owned by different people.
I'm not sure, but I know that they had just re-finished the floors of the upstairs apartment that day, and perhaps that ignited it. I'm not 100 percent sure.
hey jackbuster, was a cause to the fire ever determined by investigators? I have a reason for asking.
why would weichert list the building when it's owned by a realtor?
any new news on this fire? arson, investigation, etc???
this music is annoying.
