Nah maybe the jungle try glirched at it didnt spawn or more likely probably is that there was no jungle grass block with 2 flat tiles for tje bulb to spawn on.. Or some coding thing made to spawn the bulb at that wxact spot or close to the world spawn.. Who knows@@pegleg759

Sometimes even showing you some source code so you can understand exactly why things happens, like pannenkoek when he explains SM64 stuff

he used a king statue to teleport the guide right above lava, summoning the WoF
king statue teleported guide to hell, dropping the guide into lava is an alternative way to spawn WoF

Plantera bulbs spawn within a 50 block radius of the player since there was only that one place with in range thats why it spawned there
