Glad you are enjoying therapy & finding it helpful. A therapist can be very important to work thru problems & help you sort thru your thoughts. ❤

Aleks, you're adorable even if you are soaking wet from a Houston TX rainstorm!

I'm so glad you had a great first session with your therapist. I love that you already feel supported by your therapist, and this makes me feel confident that this will help you tremendously. 💜

I'm so glad therapy is going well and that you have a therapist you like. It's very common here to see a therapist. But I have 1 very important word for you: Umbrella!!!✌🏻

Talk is the idea. Express your feelings.

Indeed. It's a tougher order for us introverts, but it's clear he's taking the initiative and that's a wonderful thing.

Wonderful! Aleks - I imagine there wasn't much sex education, especially for gays and lesbians, in Russia. Please consider talking with your therapist about who would be the best to speak with regarding safe sex. I have a hunch you're going to get asked out on a date sooner rather than later, and how to have safe sex is a must know. -Welcome out of the closet!

I love a good rain shower! Thank you for sharing your thoughts after your first therapy session. I remember the first time that I went to therapy I thought I was going crazy. It was a relief to know that I wasn't. My therapist helped me see that I came from a very dysfunctional family which is why I saw things the way I did. I learned to challenge my negative thinking. It helped a lot. It gets easier after awhile. 🤗💪❤

Rain is good for your hair. I use to save it up and wash my hair in it.
Here in the US we do like our counselors and therapist's.
I have gone to many over my 63 years. Sometimes they are good and help and sometimes not so much.
Sounds like you like yours and that is the very important.

You always make me feel so happy to see you!
If I was 30 years younger, I would ask you to teach me your secret every day.
I would love to get caught in the rain with you! 😅

Be careful in or near American rivers in the south… they tend to keep them well stocked with oversized lizards with lots of teeth’s.

We wouldn't be human if we didn't have hills and valleys, rain and sun.
Bet your counselor tells you you're more together than most. Seems that way to me. Peace and good journey.

Ooof, yes, the entirety of southeast Texas pretty much demands you bring an umbrella with you at all times. Nothing at all like central or west Texas! Here's an older song for you about both rain and speaking your heart:
