Fun Fact: no matter how villainous her charcters have been, Glenn Close always found SOMETHING about them to sympathize with and think "this woman is sick. She needs help. She needs therapy." But Cruella was the one and only characyer she played where she didn't feel that. Cruella was the one character she truly felt was absolutely purely evil from birth, a psychopath, who never could have been helped.
Glenn Close did a perfect job as Cruella. I mean I was a kid when I saw this movie...but now I am older and rewatch it. She's the best thing in the entire movie. Everything was spot on. You can feel Cruella coming to life. Applaud. Acting is so perfect.

While these outfits are full of fur, pointy shoulders, exagerated features, all things that make you think "Cruella". No hate to Emma Stone but her rendition of the character is very "watered down". Altough I believe that's the script's fault and not hers.
And the fact in the end she sent the two puppies to Roger and Anita to set the original Dalmatians' movie and then turns out those 2 dogs are actually siblings just sounds wrong and weird

I watched this movie tonight, and I came to this conclusion myself. That Cruella DeVil is the best villain out there!! Because she is so evil, but at the same time you don't quite hate her- in fact, you can't wait for her to come back on the screen because she's so eccentric and entertaining! In one part, she has an evil laugh, and so she lamely just went "muh-ha-ha." We were poking fun of her for it, so I pulled this up and before playing it, I said "this is how you should do it." I began the video and her brother was like: "What is this?" Someone said: "101 Dalmatians!" "Yeah, but what's the villain's name?" "Cruella De Vil." "Oh yeah." Then Cruella did her laugh and everyone else giggled. The video ended and I said: "THAT'S how you should do the evil laugh." We'll see if she does....
