Wow, my Mom had a prescription for 800mg of ibuprofen! Every month, she would get a LARGE bottle of it! It's been 20 years (May 2004) since her passing 🕊️💞🕊️

He is correct… I am a witness suffering from auto immune disease Lupus and exercise helps but who wants to move in pain but do it anyway😂. I have experienced chest pain from ibuprofen and I suffer greatly after taking it…blood pressure shoots up. every time. Thanks for sharing truthYes 💯👏👏🤗

I suffered through frozen shoulder for 5 months - worst pain of my life.
I used a TENS machine during the day to get through the pain. Very little movement of joint could be achieved but I did what I could.
Steroid shot didn't work but hydrodialation did..
Would totally recommend a small TENS unit for pain, as well.

Studies also suggest in UK that it’s not clever to use on backaches because the nurofen/ibuprofen send signal to brain to help eliminate pain but in doing this ibuprofen prevents the area from naturally healing so in essence what happens is that you continue to take the medication for days even weeks with no benefit to the cause of the problem. Instead taking nothing would oddly be better if you wished to eliminate pain in a few days rather than weeks/or even months.
Although ibuprofen in my personal experience can be quite good for dental pain. It hits the spot quite well and as a dentist needs to fix root cause then probably no real harm if you don’t already have high blood pressure and are young enough.
Just a further thought. Non scientific just wondering. When people are in pain I am sure their blood pressure would go up. So is it definitely the ibuprofen causing the high blood pressure or the pain causing the elevated blood pressure ? ……..anyway I avoid painkillers as much as possible. About 15 years ago if I felt a headache coming on I would pop a paracetamol in my mouth but no more now I avoid unless very bad which probably only happens 2 or 3 times a year ……..must get an opticians appointment 🧐
