This means Grandma just needs to write a new one and have it witnessed and maybe notarized. This would invalidate the original forged will, however a new forged will could be written.
That is why I question whether that document was actually a "will." Laws in countries vary widely, but in the USA, which is primarily based on English Common Law, a "will" has specific requirements to be valid, including witnesses of competent legal age, not a little girl.
Wills should require the fingerprints of the person writing the will. Can't forge a fingerprint, especially 10 fingers. That would stop a lot of fakes. Take a person's fingerprints upon death. That should stop fake wills from being brought up. 🤷♀️ 👵☮️🖖

Dumping large volumes of water like that continuously can cause a lot of problems for local ecosystems and damage the foundation of nearby homes. In that show the almost all the most expensive damage is water damage to the foundations like what the neighbors would have caused. I don't live in an HOA, but a permanent bouncy house is over the top and would get the police involved. They are allowed for special events lasting one day.
Technically we do have the management associations for blocks of flats which act alot like HoA's to manage the buildings and shared spaces. It is however worth noting that people who buy flats technically aren't buying them, they buy a leasehold for them, not a freehold like you normally get with a house.

AFTER attending two HOA community meeting where I clearly informed them of what I was going to tolerate and the consequences of their intrusions they realized they had met their match! They tried to sue and after digging up NUMEROUS infractions which I presented to the courts, they were ordered to disban and were heavily fined!
It may be a bittersweet ending but at least she got to spend her last days peacefully in her home with no HOA tyrants breathing her neck. I'll take that as a win.

I couldn't put up a separate garage on the 5 acres unless it looked identical to the attached and couldn't be big enough for that RV of ours. And so on the conversation went. Trashed that idea. That house, brand new, priced right, was still on the market months later, probably due to that AH and very restrictive HOA - and it was a very nice house and property.

Fake will: Wills are only valid after the testator has died. Up until that time unless the testator is mentally incapacitated he/she can repudiate the will and sign a new one.
